thoughts into positive ones let’s just
whoa breathing in that good ass piranha
baby now it is a gorgeous day today deep
divers what’s happening what’s going on
in your mind right now I’ve got a
question that came in Ralph how can I
deal with my monkey mind uh-oh is your
monkey mind acting up again yes it is
rayul sometimes I wake up and I have all
of these negative thoughts flood my mind
and I don’t know what to do I really
want to start thinking positive thoughts
right now Ralph and we neva had
breakfast yeah can I get a Hello
yeah now that’s a great question we have
a whole lot to dive into let me share
with you what’s helped me along my
journey turn negative thoughts into
positive ones if I starts with this love
love love your environment our
environment shapes us right now I’m in
the heart of nature baby when I could be
downtown I could be surrounded by all of
this architecture all of these buildings
and that would mess up my Fung Shui so
I’ve chosen to place myself in an
environment which complements my highest
energy that’s why I can turn a negative
thought into a positive one how to deal
with your monkey mind now what is the
monkey mind we have over 60,000 thoughts
every single day running through our
mind what are you thinking about
I have no idea you’re doing the thinking
not me right but it’s a lot of stuff and
sometimes it’s a lot of junk and
sometimes there are a lot of negative
thoughts coming into our mind now I’ve
changed how I’ve seen negative thoughts
how I see negative thoughts totally
different right now you see our monkey
mind inside of your mind you have 60,000
thoughts meaning you have 60,000 monkeys
all swinging from branch to branch
making a whole lot of noise inside of
your mind
and they aren’t wait for they aren’t
keeping quiet anytime soon that
cacophony that noise you hear it every
single day when you wake up like one
monkey wants to go this way and
the other monkey wants to go that way
it’s a lot of noise and how are we gonna
deal with this monkey mind now you could
just ignore it I tried that along my
alley journey it was terrible what
happened more monkeys started to appear
oh my gosh and they started to make more
noise in my mind giving rise to more
negative thoughts so I realized okay I
can’t ignore these monkeys in my mind
swinging from branch to branch I can’t
escape from them and that’s what a lot
of us try to do we try to silence our
negative thoughts we try to turn our
back on our negative thoughts now when I
talk of the monkey mind I say this our
thoughts are like our children each
thought you have is a child you are
giving birth to now if you ignore a
child what happens it’s gonna start
crying even more and it’s gonna make a
whole huge humongous racket you’re not
gonna be able to sleep and that’s what’s
happening to so many people around the
world so to become your greatest version
I’ve realized first and foremost you
have to become aware of your monkey mind
the mental chatter which goes on in our
mind the mental clutter
first of all just become aware of it
just acknowledge it that is there don’t
try to act like it’s not turn your back
on it act like you don’t know what’s
going on no it’s there acknowledge the
monkey mind and then learn this sit with
slow motion in this side sit with your
emotions don’t run away from how you
feel from your negative thoughts sit
with them sit with your children your
thoughts right now you are paying
attention to the monkey mind and that’s
how you calm the monkey mind you can do
this through meditation where you ground
yourself 100% in the present moment when
you allow thoughts to come through you
without judgment that’s really what’s
freed me along my journey sit with your
monkey mind even talk to it like the
more gentle you are with your monkey
mind the more it begins to respect you
okay if you are speaking really harshly
to your monkey mind be quiet
shut up I don’t like you you’re no good
Oh No it is gonna start to repel it is
gonna start to make a whole lot of
inconvenience for you so be gentle with
your monkey mind and then it’s like it’s
just eating a banana right now and it’s
really quiet it doesn’t bother you
anymore and that’s how to begin to
transform negative thoughts into
positive thoughts now thoughts are like
passing clouds that’s all we are not our
thoughts we are not even this moon this
monkey mind that is not us right it
doesn’t bother us when we just realized
thoughts are like passing clouds they
will go they will pass by all you have
to do is realize that thoughts are like
clouds it doesn’t matter how bad
the thought you have is how negative it
is it is not you because it passes by ok
we aren’t even our emotions we are so
much more than that we’ll come to that
later
it all starts from getting going high up
getting a bird’s-eye view looking down
your problems what you love to do Ralph
oh I love to go to the ocean and just
realize how tiny I am at the same time
I’m still something just a tiny little
speck in this universe and I’m cool with
that

thoughts coming into your mind
life is hard right now relationship
issues money issues work issues learn
how to reframe your mind learn how to
put everything in perspective realize
there are some people out there who
would love to have your bad days slow
motion this side life is not easy no
it’s not being a human being is not easy
no it’s not coming to Planet Earth is
hard I agree there is no manual we are
all learning how to figure this out this
is what I call earth school a lot of us
we are enrolling in different classes
but ultimately life is a lesson so I’ve
realized what’s helped me transform
anytime I get a negative thought I’ve
got to ask myself ok what am i taking
for granted right now because there are
so many things to complain about
what happens when you complain you find
more things to complain about what
happens when you are like wait a minute
I woke up today wait a minute I have
health therefore I can create any
possibility for myself and experience
any reality for myself now all of a
sudden more opportunities start coming
your way for the first time
yippee you see hope you see freedom
because you are focusing on the
possibilities not on the problems so
learn how to reframe your mind and it
really helps traveling I’ve travelled a
lot I keep on traveling and I’m seeing
how people from other coaches live I
thought my problems were bad right and
you don’t always have to be in other
people sorrows you don’t have to do that
you just have to start taking everything
that comes your way
with a mindset of gratitude grab a
gratitude journal what am i thankful for
today that’s the only way to turn a
negative thought into a positive thought
right because how this system consumes
so many people is that it always leaves
you it always leaves you feeling like
it’s not enough whatever you’re doing
you never content never satisfied a lot
of discontentment so you have to learn
how to become content within yourself 7
day vegan challenge now I realized this
my food journey is a big part of my life
whenever I’m in front of a beautiful
bowl of cherries I’m like thank goodness
I chose the comma free option okay peace
begins on your plate and a lot of us
don’t realize that by constantly
consuming
butchered animals who didn’t want to
leave this dimension that way okay we
are taking on board their energy is
payback when they are inside us there’s
gonna be hell to pay
right what goes around comes around and
along my early journey when I didn’t
care I was eating processed meats
I wasn’t feeling good with him with him
within myself I had a lot of problems
health problems right ever since I
embraced a plant-based diet karma free
foods I actually started to think a lot
better about myself I had more
compassion towards animals towards
people but also had less negative
thoughts because I was consuming less
negative energy energy can never be
destroyed it can only be transferred so
ask yourself how peaceful is my plate if
you are consuming violence food which
was killed in a brutal manner that is
the energy you will now embody however
if you are eating a beautiful mango full
of vitamin a gonna make your skin glow
that was just chilling on a beautiful
tree soaking up those beautiful sun rays
oh you are gonna be glowing like the Sun
baby and I’m about to take a picture of
you right I’ve realized this that you’ve
got to learn how to stop labeling
thoughts that’s really what’s freed me
along my journey I’m not labeling
thoughts as good thoughts or bad
thoughts you see to deal with your
monkey mind you have to stop being
afraid of your monkey mind to transform
negative thoughts to positive thoughts
you have to learn how to be a peace to
be at peace with any single thought you
have there are no good thoughts there
are no bad thoughts it’s just a matter
of perspective and attitude it is the
energy you are bringing to those
thoughts okay so I started to realize
what exactly is a negative thought
this is a thought which I don’t want to
think a thought I am in resistance to
whatever you resist persists resistance
makes stronger so you have to learn how
to stop being in resistance to the
thoughts which are coming into your mind
allow yourself to surrender to any
single thought you have that’s really
what’s freed me along my journey and
deal with a monkey mind right and deal
with a monkey mind I got news for you I
really tried for a long time to banish
all negative thoughts out of my life not
what are you doing what happens when you
do that when you’re like I don’t want
any negative thoughts do you know what
that’s doing to you you are taking away
this beautiful lesson of duality but
also you are giving power to Jew
allottee and duality is the greatest
illusion there is no duality there is no
positive or negative it’s the one force
look look at a battery get a battery
right now look at it negative positive
but it’s the one force is the one charge
so realize that sometimes your so-called
negative thoughts have a lot of raw
energy and if you can learn how to
harness this raw energy they can now
work in your favor in essence you can
convert them to positive thoughts right
it’s so necessary so essential to help
you become your greatest version to
transform your negative thoughts to
positive thoughts you have to get
comfortable with your shadow side so I
can have a negative thought which is I
want the whole world to perceive me as
perfect I don’t feel good enough right
now I don’t feel worthy to be in their
presence
now this thought is a thought which will
stop my growth and development
a more empowering thought is to say I’m
gonna embrace my shadow side I’m gonna
expose myself I’m gonna allow myself to
be vulnerable now all of a sudden I’ve
just transformed the so-called negative
thought into a positive one you see how
easy it is slow motion this side baby

surrender to any thoughts which come
through you without judging them you
want your thoughts your thoughts are
nothing more than clouds fleeting in
time and timings note time is an
illusion anyway right I’ve learnt this
that to really transform your negative
thoughts to positive thoughts you’ve got
to learn how to love yourself so many
times back along my early journey I
would stare in the mirror and think gosh
I don’t like this about myself I don’t
like that about myself ok it’s time to
get loving yourself and the only way you
can love yourself is when you go to the
place when you go to the place where you
find your greatest power for me that’s
nature you see how it ties back to
learning how to change your environment
to love your environment to learn how to
love yourself because if you are in a
job that is gonna feed how you feel
about yourself if you are in a job you
don’t like an environment you don’t like
now it is gonna stop moving into your
energy field until eventually you start
absorbing that frequency so learn how to
love yourself by going to the place
where you find your greatest power by
doing things which make you happy by
doing things not because they are
popular but because but because you are
staying true to your authentic self it
starts by learning how to accept
yourself in a nutshell the people who
can never accept them
the people who can never accept
themselves is that you they have a lot
of negative thoughts I only do these
videos in one take because I accept
myself okay a hundred percent so alone
my early journey I used to have a lot of
negative thoughts so what are they going
to think of me
now I transform that to a positive
thought to say actually what do I think
of me that’s the only thing that matters
how do I see myself am I prepared to
accept myself for the first time if you
are you realize no thought can bother
you again because like the African
proverb says when there is no enemy
outside the enemy within can’t hurt you
now what’s really helped me to transform
so-called negative thoughts to positive
thoughts is to stop identifying with my
thoughts and this can only come when you
learn how to let go of society’s
expectations everything society has told
you up until this point dump it in the
trash start creating a new story for
yourself start creating a new timeline
for yourself start creating a whole new
reality a whole new world for yourself a
lot of what we have been taught in
school has been a lie I’m so confused
right now
hey I’m with you there however I do
realize this that it’s okay because the
universe is always giving you a chance
to be reborn right here right now to
transform all of those negative thoughts
you’re having stop identifying with all
of those thoughts that you used to
believe about yourself what they told
you about yourself at school what your
friends told you what your parents told
you
you have to start creating a new story
for yourself and you also have to learn
how to stop identifying with your
thoughts which really emanate from your
status your ego mind and what’s really
allowed me to transform negative
thoughts which you just thoughts to
positive thoughts which just thoughts is
to allow the flow allow the flow allow
the flow allow the flow I want you to
for one second close your eyes and
visualize the stream of water just
flowing okay
these are thoughts just flowing no
problem they only become a problem when
you try to stop the flow when you’re
like actually I don’t want that thought
I don’t want this thought man you block
off the flow just allow the flow allow
thoughts to come through you without
judgment and stop identifying with your
thoughts realize you begin to transcend
thought when you lose judgment and when
you realize that negative thoughts are
just as essential as positive thoughts
it’s not just about being a super
positive person what is more important
than that what is more important than
being a positive person is being an
authentic person which contains both
negative and positive so don’t be so
hard on yourself be gentle with your
monkey mind and now your monkey mind
will begin to love you and then what
you’ll just say yeah don’t get to be a
beautiful deep divers we are out here in
