gets on our nerves and it can be hard to
get through the day I’m gonna share with

with judgment or criticism because
sometimes what people say does actually
affect us okay don’t act like it doesn’t
starting from now I am NOT responsible
or in control of how someone perceives
me of somebody’s opinions towards me it
is their opinion not mine today I am
releasing whatever is no longer serving
