this right it’s the new year and
everybody makes New Year’s New Year’s
resolutions what I want to do I wouldn’t
do this I want to do that and when it
comes around to it they end up doing
nothing right I didn’t wait for 2016 you
gotta stop waiting right that’s how to
make 2016 a better year stop waiting to
do stuff in June in September you can do
it right now and yes time is just an
illusion that’s why you can do it right
now I have connected with so many
amazing beings out there and that’s what
keeps me going right I said a very long
time ago that this world can be anything
you want this life can be anything you
want right and I realize that thoughts
are like magnets what you think will
come to you sooner or later I had dreams
of sitting somewhere on a beach drinking
a mango juice and that’s what happened
can I get a hello there you see the
reason why I said stop waiting is
because
you see what I harvested in 2015 was
planted in 2014 what you were gonna
harvest in 2016 will have been planted
in 2015 right so what did you plant ask
yourself one question when we talk of
becoming your greatest version what am i
entertaining you see lots of us we’ve
got a lot of dreams a lot of visions I
was walking around Santa Monica and a
girl said Ralph I said huh who’s that
cat down the road no definitely not
oh hi she had a dream to share with the
world but she was afraid and I told her
look what have you got to lose she was
afraid because people might judge her
they might look down on her but I told
her look my life has changed in all
kinds of ways when you accept yourself
other people’s opinions of you become
less important can I get a Hello there
in 2016 for me it’s all about letting go
of thoughts that don’t serve me that
only empower me right a lot of us we’re
gossiping all the time a lot of us we’re
consuming all the time but what are you
producing a lot of us we’re criticizing
what other people are doing so you’ve
probably seen me featuring loads of
people right friends and people I am
inspired by well there’s gonna be a
whole lot more of that can I get a Hello
the 2016 is the year of unity let me
repeat that 2016 is the year of unity
I have reached over 42 million people
without putting anybody down
right because you don’t need to you
don’t need to put people down to make
yourself feel better now when we just
realized that so many of us we are
distracted from what we want to do we
have shame and guilt in what we want to
do we think what we want to do can’t be
done so I always tell people you’ve got
to become the pioneer you’ve got to
become a trendsetter look in my wildest
dreams I never thought I could reach 42
million people and over but then again I
never thought it was impossible either
because I know right now this is the
time of great change on the planet this
is a time of awakening on the planet you
see people are waking up before you can
say you know what the time is now 2016
is about collaboration it’s about
letting go of hate and embracing love
it’s about less information and more
connection less complication and more
and more simplicity less judging
yourself and more accepting yourself
right many times we don’t even realize
the impact we have on other people’s
lives I do that’s why I keep doing what
I do but more so I do it because I love
to do it I do it because I choose to do
it 2016 is where you say I am in this
job because I want to be here I’m not
gonna blame my boss anymore I’m not
gonna talk bad about them when they’re
not around like you always do right
no you are choosing to be there 2016 is
where I’m not gonna be taking life
that’s seriously right it’s gonna be
more fun more partying can I get a hello
there more traveling more adventures
more letting go off be unknown the fear
of the unknown the control of the
unknown thinking that we can control
what’s gonna happen next you don’t know

about realizing you don’t have to be
perfect no you are enough when you
realize it it’s about realizing look in
the end the people that go far are the
people that know they can but more so
are the people who take one step at a

competitions where people are singing
their hearts out and there are really
amazing singers but they doubt
themselves they say I’m not good I’m I’m
terrible and you’ve got someone who may
not be the best singer in the world but
they’ve got the most passion mmm they
got the most dry hmm they’ve got the
most desire and those are the people
that realize their dreams it’s not about
talent here it’s about passion it’s
about knowing what you came here to do
it’s about stop you got to stop feeling
small you didn’t come here to be small
right University don’t say I’m just
gonna create you just to to feel
inadequate no you came here to spread
your wings as far as you can can I get a
right for me right now it’s all about
letting go off the puss oh that’s so

us we’re stuck in the past we’re stuck
somewhere where we’re ruminating on
things which don’t serve us
it’s about rewriting the story of what
