grateful let’s just whoa breathing in

but isn’t it hard to be grateful deep
divers when they’re simply nothing to be
grateful for because everything in your
life seems like a total disaster right
now and your family and friends are like
just be happy but you know you can’t be
happy because everything is a total
disaster deep divers I’ve learned this
along my journey that there are only two
ways to be happy you either change the
situation

mindset towards it that is always your
power to change how you respond to
external events you see our ego is like
the only way to find happiness is when
everything is going my way and perfect
but this is not reality because things
are gonna happen which you don’t like
but your spirit is telling you that if
you can find peace now even though
everything is not going your way
you will become happy
so if your life seems like a total
disaster
and you want to find happiness walk
outside come into nature and marvel
Earth’s creation and realize that not
only is this willow tree a miracle I am
also a miracle and the more you begin to
find peace within yourself the more you
will begin to find happiness and then
just say so get to be a live baby can I
