peace infinite waters diving deep once
again you are feeling very sleepy when
you wake up your anxiety will have
disappeared ah well that didn’t work
what does anxiety do to your body and
mind what is fear do panic attacks
mama told you to slow down but you
didn’t listen you wanted it all the
money fame women guys you were living in
the fast lane without even realizing and
now you’re listening to me but don’t
worry
life goes on when I talk of anxiety I’m
not talking about what it does to you
biologically yeah yeah yeah we know it
produces cortisol in the bloodstream and
that makes us in danger mode
fight-or-flight which is beneficial I’m
talking about what it does to us
long-term psychologically I’ve dealt
with social anxiety panic attacks and
the greatest realization I came across
was what it did to me mentally
emotionally and physically because
before you can change anything you have
to be aware of what is taking place and
there is no quick fix it is a whole
process I found out that anxiety kept me
isolated it made me believe in the
separation is an illusion everything is
connected but when you really feel you
are separate from someone of course you
are going to feel nervous you’re going
to place them on a pedestal while seeing
yourself as inferior the perception we
have of ourselves is greater than the
perception other people have of us and I
saw that I wasn’t in alignment with not
only the world around me I wasn’t in
alignment with myself I was fragmented
and whenever you hold mirror up to
yourself and you don’t like what you see
your anxiety will always persist love
yourself a hundred percent that is my
daily mantra I saw that separation is
the foundation of fear and fear being
false evidence appearing real what makes
it so believable it is our mind which
creates the illusion that becomes our
reality but I say nobody has to go
through the ordeal of living in a
perpetual state of fear 24/7 but at the
same time it is necessary to learn more
about ourselves what I saw along my
journey I was talking to a good friend
yesterday and I said it’s not where
you’re at it’s where you’re at you could
be in the most exotic location sipping a
mango juice you’re having a good time
they think you’re having a good time but
guess what you’re not deep within
yourself you feel miserable because
you’re not comfortable
so it doesn’t matter where you’re at it
matters where you act mentally
emotionally physically I saw that
anxiety kept me analyzing people it kept
me judging people it kept me in the past
and the future never in the present
moment I saw anxiety made me take life
way too seriously so what changed I
realize a secret that the greatest way
to stop overthinking is to let go of who
you think you are all our anxiety is
born from the desire to escape the
present moment more so from the desire
to hold on to this identity Society has
given us my nationality I am this skin
complexion you are that skin complexion
when we identify solely with this we are
going to feel anxious once I started to
see myself as an infinite being all
anxiety disappeared because for the
first time in my life I said I am worthy
all anxiety disappears once you step
into your true authenticity all anxiety
arises when you deviate from your true
authenticity when you want to be like
someone else I saw that anxiety never
allowed me to forgive myself it made me
hate myself doubt myself I never thought
I was good enough
what was the remedy I had to take a
hundred percent responsibility for my
internal condition that I was creating
this anxiety nobody else yes other
people serve as the catalyst that’s why
we have to become conscious of not
absorbing other people’s energies and
creating energetic boundaries that will
serve us in becoming our greatest
version but all of these walls we put up
can keep us isolated once again thus
creating more anxiety what freed me from
anxiety was becoming aware of my anxiety
was to see that I am enough I don’t have
to be perfect to strive for perfection
I am already perfect and letting go of
perfection is where perfection begins I
saw that anxiety made me feel that I
could control the external world what
people thought of me how they perceived
me and I started to let go of anxiety
when I realized that control was an
illusion external control is an illusion
and once I liberated myself of that of
not seeking to control the outside world
more so focusing on my inner
transformation great things started to
happen
anxiety kept me away from my true
calling for a long time it kept me away
from the radical action it made me wait
once I started to realize that wait a
minute wait a minute I am here to live
my true calling
every single day once I aligned with
that the anxiety disappeared a lot of us
we know we in the wrong environment we
around friends I don’t have our best
interests at hand once I started to
connect with those who remind me who I
am every single day
the anxiety disappeared once I started
to move more into my body by breathing
deep from the base of my spine my
anxiety disappeared
because anxiety will keep you outside of
your body into your mind leaves you in
your mind 24/7 but we don’t live only in
our minds we live in every single cell
within our body so exercising every
single day for me relieves anxiety I
always tell people the stress and
anxiety is not in the mind it’s in every
single organ in your body the greatest
relationship we can have is with
ourselves and once we do that anxiety
disappears because now we let go of the
illusion of separation and start to see
everything is connected we are here in
nature infinite waters diving deep once again stay well stay healthy
