what’s up its Creek a jacuz here with a
prototype for an airsoft submachine gun
this is going to be modeled off of the
pp90m1 you probably know it from the
modern warfare game series and it’s a
really high rate of fire gun it’s one of
the more popular ones and it’s a
russian-made gun but the thing that I
liked most about it is it has this
cylinder that kind of looks like a 12
ounce co2 tank and this barrel is gonna
be used as this is just brass tubing
that I got from a hobby shop they sell
it for like model rockets and just any
other needs you have and hobby shops are
really the only place that I’ve ever
seen copper in this type of this type of
form like usually if you go to Home
Depot they have larger piping for
plumbing and all that stuff but you have
to go to a hobby shop if you want to
find this barrel and it’s the perfect
size because it it fits the airsoft BB’s
really snug and there’s a lot of there’s
not really much gap between their self
beeping the actual barrel and I’m sorry
I don’t remember the actual diameter of
this I think it might be like seventeen
thirty Seconds something like that
or that might be something different I’m
not sure but just go if you go to a
hobby shop just taking airsoft BB with
you and try it out and that way you’ll
be sure that it works so not for that so
I have this mechanism here took me a
while to get it together but I took a
caulking gun these are like a $2 at Home
Depot and what I did is I draw it out
for rivets on the back here if you can
see and then that allowed this entire
chassis to just take off you could just
take it off and then I flipped it upside
down just because I wanted a flat
surface on the top for the barrel to for
me to mount the barrel on tube and then
I just use zip ties to anchor it in
place and then
just used a bunch of jb weld to keep it
anchored and that JB well it is a liquid
weld that keeps this thing completely
saw like this thing is really sturdy
right now it’s I don’t know not worried
about it falling apart or anything like
that so don’t use hot glue and don’t use
epoxy you just sand it down real good
get all the paint off of the area that
you’re gonna jb weld and then just let
it sit overnight and be patient because
once the jb weld gets to a certain point
it doesn’t it’s not very sturdy so you
just want to make sure that it
completely cures before you touch it
okay so this is a modified version of my
last video which was a adapter for going
from this type of co2 which is a 1/8
inch adapter for 12 ounce paintball
cartridges and that’s a quick release
valve and then right here is the valve
that you use for the innovations ultra
flake Plus which is just the co2 bike
pump now this thing was really bulky and
I couldn’t get a good enough seal so
basically what I did is I took my dremel
tool and I cut just a tiny bit here
about a half an inch maybe 3/4 of an
inch and then I took this and just
welded it together so basically what you
have is these two ends sorry these two
ends and they’re just welded at the
middle and then it’s okay if there’s a
little bit of flare up it’s not if it’s
not uniform what I did at the end is
just took a grinder wheel and the result
was a really nice seal and then I took
some shrink wrap tubing and then I put
this piece of foam long which I think
looks really good so that’s your trigger
system now if I haven’t lost you already
you still understand what’s going on
which I hope you do the next thing I
have is the co2 cartridge and how I
I’m sorry the co2 tank now you connect
it this thing was a pain in the ass to
make you need a heat gun which is
basically an industrial hairdryer and
the reason is because most of this PVC
pipe doesn’t fit on this gun on this
this caulking gun so you’ll have to make
a lot of adjustments and all you have to
do is just cut it to the size of the
mold of the caulking gun and then heat
it up until it’s sort of pliable and
then just put some pressure on it and it
fits perfectly inside of the caulking
gun itself so I have I think this is one
and a half inch PVC and then I took that
put it on the chassis glued that down
after sanding it so you can get a good
rough surface so it actually sticks and
then I took another piece of PVC and
which was I think one and a half inch as
well and I just cut a small portion of
it just to you can see it right here
that’s just to raise the level a little
bit and then last you take 3/4 inch PVC
and that goes around the adapter that
you thread the co2 tank into and then
right here you can see how that works
and then at the end I had to take my
dremel and kind of bore out some of this
excess PVC because this little tab here
kept getting in the way so I had to
lower it even more so what you end up
with is this here and allows you to
quickly change the co2 which is nice and
sturdy enough that it’s gonna stay I
also put this hose clamp and that allows
me to take everything apart in case I
want to use this extension for the co2
tank so everything comes back apart all
you have to do is loosen this this will
come this way and then
tank will unscrew to the left and you’ll
just have the piece the chassis itself
the actual gun so last I had to take 3/4
inch PVC I’m sorry this is 1 inch PVC
you can see right there PVC one so this
is also one inch PVC here I’m sorry and
then I took God and I took the PVC and
glued it to this little disc here which
pushes the caulking material forward if
you’re actually using this for caulking
gun I mean who does that you know but
then I took some black electrical tape
and sorry if it’s difficult to see
because of the lighting but I just add a
little bit extra bulk and then what you
have is when you twist this here it
moves forward and this is the valve that
turns on the co2 tanks so you’ll see
you’ll hear the noise of the co2 filling
up and this hose tenses up because
there’s extra pressure and then so it’s
a really strong stream of co2 and then
if you want to turn it off you just
twist it back just like this and that’s
off there’s still some co2 in the actual
chamber so I’m just going to leave it so
basically this is gonna work the same
exact way as my cz 75 pistol which most
of my inventions I don’t even use they
just go into like a scrap bin so sorry
to people that are always like can I buy
that from you because it doesn’t really
exist anymore it’s just kind of in a
little area graveyard of all my projects
and stuff so I don’t know if I left
anything out I’m gonna have to cut this
PVC cut this metal here and then just
did all over because as of right now I
don’t like how far away the co2
cartridges my other option is to not do
a submachine gun because it’s already
pretty long I was just gonna do a RPG
style but I don’t know what I’m gonna do
because you have to have a large chamber
for the pressure to build up so you can
shoot those nerf nerve vortex footballs
or whatever and I just don’t know if I
have time to do that since I’m already
kind of done with this but if I do in
the future make one of those rocket
launcher things I would do this the
exact same way because this this works
real well so what else oh I forgot
whenever you’re modifying this seesaw
PVC I’m sorry
cocking gun you have to cut out the
extra so that you can actually put that
through otherwise the opening is too
small and it doesn’t fit that’s what she
said so if you guys have any questions I
probably won’t be able to help you cuz I
don’t even know what I’m doing at the
moment but so far I got a decent amount
done and I’m pretty happy with the
results just hoping that this since
everything is hot glued is gonna stay
the most important thing when hot gluing
things is you have to take really hard
what is it take something like sixty
grit sandpaper and this is as I think as
tough as it gets this is like this is
like concrete on the sidewalk you know
this is really really rough and you want
to just scuff up the PVC as much as
possible just to get tiny little
surfaces for the glue to adhere to and
that will get you a really good a really
good seal and a really good
adhesion to whatever you want to do so
I’ve talked enough if you guys have any
comments on what I should do any
modifications or if you think I’m a
dumbass you could just say that – I
don’t know we’ll see what happens but I
thought I’d just give you guys a little
update because my time is limited with
the with how much I can actually post
videos because I’m still taking classes
at at school it’s not like I’m not
stupid I’m not like taking a summer
classes I’m doing like advanced you know
summer session which sucks but I guess
it’ll pay off in the end
it’s what they say yep so thanks for
watching and check out my facebook page
which is Greek a jacuz rue you know a
facebook.com slash Greek educator I’m
gonna be posting my my ideas and
concepts maybe some drawings and people
will always send me little ideas which
kind of is nice just to give me some
inspiration and it’s cool to meet people
that are interested in the same stuff
you know building and whatever so check
that out and like the page if you want
