the bolts to the webbing so we can
actually attach it to our shield this is
a technique that I learned from that not
alpha his name is Eli and essentially
you take a blow torch or a lighter or
something take this and you press this
into the material now you can see you
have the right size hole roughly
still running we’re going to take one of
these things you just find out like
hardware store counter knows they’re
called but I’ll leave links in
description for all these parts and then
we’re going to place this through the
hole and then essentially this last
piece is going to sandwich in between
like this that’s going to hold it in
place last part is going to go through
the shield and we’re just going to walk
it on with this nut cap pretty simple I
think that this looks nice especially
since this little screw head is fitting
really nicely in that little valley
rivet portion that looks good
so thank you Eli for the inspiration and
go check out his channel he makes some
really cool armor

Viper’s law beyond my scope
oh yeah this is just tuning the plastic
so that it becomes one solid layer
instead of having all the tiny little
annoying bird leg pieces of regular to
kind of fall in the quarter kind of made
it like warmth oh yeah now see a lady
how much bad that is good enough you
perfect that’s so much better
thank you it’s now we’re going to have
this handle on there’s now surprisingly
enough the amount of space between this
hole here and here matches up pretty
well but we need to bend these just a
little bit in so it will go with the
incline of this edge

because it’s like sideways so that they
can handle that that diagonal a lot
better are you ready
took a little bit longer than what we
wanted play
because I wasn’t the baseball bat I’m
not over here scientists that securely
beat up on the arm yeah this is this
merger dog nurture look you got like got
queuing
can based on that
now we need to take that class and make
this deal yeah walking down all right
guys so this is the first time that me
and gear work together this was the
first time we worked in tech shops this
was the first time that I have used a
lot of these tools like the handbrake
and you know the hand shear and stuff
like that I don’t have equipment like
that at least in my work yeah but what I
would do differently and I hope they if
anybody tries to accomplish this account
for the gap that was probably my biggest
mistake when I did not figure out the
dimension that I needed to do and so
whenever they came to bending these it
didn’t come out nearly nearly as good as
I wanted it to since I have just
experienced in metalworking I made it
work and figured out a way around it but
you know if this is your first time
you’re using a real thin piece of metal
using a corner of the table which you
can that’s how I would do it if I didn’t
have Peck shop you know just account for
that I want to see some really cool
shields being made now that everybody
saw the mistakes saw the house shoes
probably another thing that I would do
is I like to hide my wealth more I
really think that the best weld is a
weld that you can’t see but you can’t
it’s already not really a change of it
that’s just something that I was
changing I still think this thing came
out super cool this there’s more that we
can do to it but right now is it is a
shield you know you can’t you can’t
tonight and words functional
ah this thing is really awesome I would
not want to be on the receiving end of a
punch from this thing now we want to
test it out on something but we don’t
want obviously just shoot it with a gun
this is not strong enough to take the
blunt force of any sort of bullet maybe
a 22 and obviously we worked really hard
on this
so why wasted to just destroy it
whenever we know there’s a lot more
things we could do for fun to have with
this I was thinking me and Josh could
make like a helmet a neck protector a
chest plate
I’ll protect any other vital areas of
the body and then have like aid battle
of some sort
just kind of like fire or battle or
something that you know wouldn’t kill
you or be extremely harmful but I still
as far as like fire skill I’ve seen
people have roman candle battles so
maybe we can work on like a huge roman
candle Gatling gun or like a mortar of
some sort anyway I just feel like
fireworks don’t have as much firepower
as you’d think
and so we were armored with this stuff
we probably wouldn’t have a problem
obviously we’ll test it out first but
I’ve always wanted to have like two of
those little missile pod things that you
see that shoot off tiny little rocket
strapped onto my shoulders and then
press it at the same time and just run
towards the enemy while like a million
little Rockets is shooting out so I
don’t know Josh is a lot of fun he is
definitely interested in this type of
stuff so I’m happy that I got the
opportunity to work with them please go
