there’s some information on one trip
where you can buy these they’re pretty
cool
they come in a 3-pack and they have
these holes already drilled in which
adds to the ability to modify them so I
took a piece of copper tubing cut it
down to about three millimeters and then
cut some little notches in there so that
I can get some air while you’re throwing
it and I’m gonna take you want to take
some grade quadruple zero superfine and
you can find this at your hardware store
this much here and thread it through
have it like equal on both sides and
then just take it and sort of fluff it
up so that it can get nice a lot of air
and burn quicker now what happens is
when you throw it there’s enough oxygen
to fuel the combustion the burning of
this steel wool that it actually reaches
melting point and when it hits a target
there’s just like a shower of melted BB
steel wool and it’s pretty cool to watch
so see if maybe you can pause the video
at the point of impact and you’ll see it
pretty much showers down fire
you can hear it sort of hissing and it’s
still lit and like I said one second so
see how it’s like sort of balled up
sort of you know those little spicules
you can see him
that’s what’s melting and then sort of
raining down on the target which is
pretty fun especially on this shitty day
it’s been raining all week and you did
something to make things a little more
exciting I’m just gonna go all out and
just what a huge clump of Steel I’m not
really worried about the flight pattern
or anything like that I just want to see
it explode I’m not a violent person out
of there
I just once you do this stuff so often
like TV just becomes so boring I’d
rather just sit in my room and create
stuff all day it’s so much more fun all
right
so that huge
I’m actually proud that I can hit the
target now see how it’s sort of doing
its little thing it’s pretty neat I mean
I don’t know how flat how straight these
will fly but how far am I going to be
throwing them and why would I ever be
throwing them in the first place
a better question so this time I’m just
gonna make things more fun I’m gonna
have some lighter fluid to the strings
here and get it all nice and see if we
can just burn this whole target down
well got my mom’s basket underneath
there I don’t think should appreciate if
I burned that but we’ll get a good
little fire gown

sides I’m just gonna fluff it up to
