Assassins Creed Dart Gun Prototype

hey guys Greek edge guru here’s my
prototype for my Assassin’s Creed poison
dart gun
I took the exact same parts and
components from the master key shotgun
attachment and the barrel is actually
the same size and it’s just copper
tubing that I took a little bit of latex
like Tex tubing put it on a little bit
under a half-inch and then fold it in
another just fold it over itself kind of
create like that and that creates a real
nice airtight seal for the barrel and I
did it to the other side as well
and then you would just push that up
into your half inch PVC all these parts
are half-inch PVC and that creates your
barrel your end cap you take a tubeless
tire valve they sell these at auto parts
stores two in a pack and they’re
relatively cheap you can use this one I
salvaged one from a broken tire but I
guess if you don’t have broken tires
lying around then you can just go and
buy these I just drilled a hole and then
push it up to on the point where just
the threads were exposed like this and
there’s a little area right here that’s
not threaded you can see it that’s just
where the end cap would sit so you
attach this bicycle tire extension
tubing to screws right on
and that’s connected to the co2 bike
pump I use it in a lot of my projects
because it’s just so versatile
but it’s called innovations ultra flight
plus it runs off of threaded and
non-threaded but for this one you’ll
need them to be threaded because the
actual backing is just a little too
bulky for this so that’s why I put these
tongue depressors just as spacing to
keep it kind of symmetrical on both
sides I did the same over here and since
the things flat it just kind of sits on
there like that and then you just press
it into the half-inch PVC coupler so
let’s show you how you if you were to
change it you would just kind of just
comes right out and I took a little bit
of sandpaper and just went around just
to loosen it up a little bit and that
allows you to fit the co2 cartridge and
they’re nice and snug and then I just
took a hose clamp and clamped it all
down and used a little bit of electrical
tape just for looks spray-painted it and
I think that’s about it for that part
now the ammunition these are just the
darts that shoot pretty far and they
have decent stopping power I mean they
pierce a lot farther just because it’s a
needle the other ones that I bought
online these are a little bit more
heavy-duty
this is just like a full metal spike
that fits into the back like that sorry
if that’s difficult to see but these
them don’t fly as far but I’d imagine
they’d hurt a lot more but I’m not
shooting this at people
is just for just be cool to own
something like this I don’t know it’s
just a challenge that I like to set for
myself so that would if you bought this
online they usually come with this
little holder and just slides on your
blowgun to hold your ammunition and the
reason I like these ones better is
because you can fit a few down the
barrel and it kinda is like a little
shotgun effect but the more you put down
the barrel the less accurate it becomes
so things that I still have to do is
find a way to attach this maybe just
right there or something like that
also mounting it to my wrist to be used
like that and maybe just change it up
cosmetically to make it look more like
the actual game but I’m not looking for
perfection just want it to work so I’ll
show you a quick demonstration of
shooting it and I’ll be shooting it from
pretty close range so um hopefully
doesn’t wreck is shape back into my face
but I’m shooting it just at this spray
painted yard sign it’s like a heavy-duty
laminated card board I guess but it’s
actually really strong because it’s
meant to be strong enough to withstand
the weather from outdoors so I’ll show
you real quick so here it is I’m
probably going to get like a maybe a
wrist brace from the drugstore or
whatever and modify it so that it’ll
hold on to the gun and then load one of
your darts
also another thing this is really good
because it has a safety so if you don’t
want to shoot your hand and have a dart
in your palm probably going to turn on
the safety also I might create like a
glove or something that I maybe like a
hinge said if my hand does get in the
way
it’ll be blocked by a metal hinge
that’ll keep me protected so keep your
wrist back turn off the safety point
right through I’ll show you with the
needle and now
and you have to be sure that when you do
this you want to press it down to the
point where it can’t go any further
but then release it so that you don’t
waste too much too much air oh shit that
went through and into my wall so that’s
good now I’ll show you
like I was saying about the shotgun I’m
not sure if they’ll all stick in but
we’ll find out that’s one two three four
I guess four is good all right
yeah that didn’t work but like I said it
weakens the power so thanks for watching
