so musics been a part of my life since
the day I was born my father had a
tactic to put us to sleep under our crib
he put a speaker and my dad’s very
create he put a speaker and he would
play music so we grew up with music my
sister and I and the kind of music we
listened to was every kind of music
Turkish German English Italian French
Armenian Assyrian Farsi it didn’t matter
we listened to every kind of music and
one of the reasons why I love music so
much is because music and books have a
tendency for getting us to tap into our
creative imagination that nobody else
can touch meaning you can listen to a
song for a couple of seconds and boom
you go to that specific time in your
life day you know what I’m talking about
nobody else knows what it is maybe
you’ll have a smile and you know exactly
what I went to so with that being said
let’s get right into it I got a list of
songs I want us to go through together
some of them you’ll recognize and it
will take you to that special place and
some of them you’re not gonna recognize
but I promise you some of them are going
to make you laugh let’s start off with

a hundred times while I’m reading a book
at night this takes me back to 1983
while I was driving my chevy s-10 long
bed with low-profile 14-inch wheels

ones a shout-out to my old unit I was a
you know if you’ve never worked with me
you and I have never had a chance to
spend a lot of time together I’ve
learned one thing over time there was a
time in my life when business I was so
serious and focused that I didn’t get a
chance to enjoy life and what I learned
in life eventually is there’s a time to
be serious and there’s a time to have
fun but if you don’t get a chance to do
both I gotta tell you you’re in trouble
because one when you’re too serious you
miss out on the beautiful parts of life
and you fear having too much fun not
getting serious odds are you gonna have
some financial struggles or other kind
of struggles in your life as well so
there’s got to be a balance between it
but anyways if you think about it a lot
of times most of us spend more time
fixing ourselves on how we look on the
outside we’ll exercise we’ll get nice
clothes we’ll shave well we’ll get our
hair done we’ll take care of our skin
but there are many things on the inside
that we can’t necessarily see when we
look at somebody else that could be what
we feed ourselves that could be what we
read and that could also be the kind of
music we listen to because think about
it have you ever listened to a count of
music and it got you upset you got angry
after listen to the music and have yet
ever listened to certain music and it
just calm you down
it relaxed you you’re in a better mood
right Plato once said give me the music
of a nation and I will change a nation’s
mind what he meant by that is just think
about if you’re the nation if you can
control the music you feed yourself you
can change your mind so depending on
what you want the results to be it’s on
