Using Jamie Oliver’s chilli, rosemary and garlic herb crust

hi I’m Pete from Jamie’s booting and
today I’m going to show you how to use
they really taste the chili rosemary and
garlic herb crust so here I’ve got
myself a couple of really nice meeting
free-range chicken breasts I’m going to
give them a little drizzle of olive oil
most of all rub that in turn them over a
couple of times in the oil just enough
to cover it no more the lift is off and
open up the packet and give it a little
shape over this place right-click the
bread drop them on as you can see I was
just helping it stick turn them over in
the crumb press them into it and give
this a lovely Conard Rosalie chili
garlic flavored tastiness on the outside
of your chicken breast and then when
you’re happy pop them in a non-stick
roasting tray and of course you can
always out a little bit more on the top
of you wanting I’ve got a few tomatoes
on the side that are going to roast the
same time as a chicken I’ll just pop
this in the oven and should take about
25 minutes to cook till the chickens
just cook three weeks but still nice and
juicy and the chrome is golden brown on
the outside write the check ins had
about 25 minutes in the oven but always
check that is cooked through but when
the chickens cut through crumbs of
gordon brown or in business although
tomatoes next to it or roasted and juicy
and delicious so that with some roasted
new potatoes and there’s a lovely little
dinner for two
