now when I’m about to start working my
beautifully declutter kitchen one other
last handy tip for you is to have a
rubbish ball on your section now this
rubbish bowl it can be coming any kind
of bowl that doesn’t matter it can be a
dirty bowl that doesn’t matter because
anything that goes in it is going to be
rubbish having a rice ball new session
is a great way to work because it keeps
you organized and keeps you from messing
up this fantastic space that you’ve
created in your kitchen
so this let me demonstrate if I was
gonna peel this be true I could just
peel it over my board here I know it end
up with peelings all over the place
which is not the best way to work
because you end up just having to clear
them up so why not take your rubbish
ball pop it on your ball and peel you
beetroot in to the rubbish ball like
that was a bit escape there peel it in
like that so now I don’t have anything
on my board all the rubbish is in the
bowl and I’m keeping myself nice and
tidy and clean the same would go if I
was going to pick up and chop up a
radicchio and pick off the outside
leaves maybe cut off the root like that
into the rubbish bowl now I know the bin
is only over here but actually you could
spend all your life going back and
forward to the bin this way you can keep
yourself in your work place keeping
focused on all the ingredients without
having to move about the kitchen all day
plus it means that you can wear over the
bowl and have things drop into it so
they have trimmed one radicchio same
thing for fennel I could take the ends
off pop them into my rubbish bowl trim
the bottom off into my rubbish bin here
we go so Rick I’ve got my vegetables
here ready to slice ready to get on with
and I’ve got a nice clean section all
the rubbish is in here and then when it
fills up I make one trip to the bin drop
it in and then it’s empty ready to carry
on again so rubbish bowls it’s a simple
idea and it’s a really effective one it
keeps you organized and keeps all this
lovely space you created nice and clean
