we are going to do a pasta sauce which
is 60 seconds and I’m not joking this is
perfect perfect perfect when you’ve come
in from a day at work and you literally
don’t want to cut you want something
nice fresh and tasty it’s 60 seconds
really simple and easy goats cheese pine
nuts and rocket so the pastor always a
bit of a debate in our family what
pastor to use I’m just gone for classic
spaghetti in theory heavier pasta goes
with a heavier sauce a lighter pasta
goes with the lighter sauce so like a
thinner pasta but you want a good
quality path so that’s the most
important pilot and a good two
tablespoons my pans nice and hot toast
these up a little bit as a pastor need
em never overcook your pasta that goes
overcooked check it and start again
not yet okay right Nava better good
because she’s in I’m going to use a
little bit of the pasta water
whoa and there we may I can’t see you
want this goes to use to form a bit of a
cream sing off a bit more water in pasta
read yo the pastor now will literally
just go salt and pepper
delish and then rocket goes in right at
the last minute rocket is a bit like
spinach so it will start to wilt but
there you go that is it that is exactly
how easy it is and it smelled delicious
mmm look at that pop a little more goat
cheese on the top Avila and finally a
nice drizzle of rosemary olive oil we
like a good collector the hardest part
of this is waiting for the pasta to cook
the rosemary is really good on that
delish YUM we’ve got a business cook
anything
novalee that sauce literally takes 60
seconds really simple nice and tasty
