Jamie Oliver’s amazing Christmas pomegranate cocktail

hi guys right I’m going to show you a
quick Christmas cocktail that you can
have any time I’ve got some lovely
pomegranates at the moment you can get
them especially up all the sort of
Arabic markets and stores and stuff like
that but you can get them in
supermarkets too now
this cocktail is so simple I’m literally
getting a pomegranate like that and I’m
just gonna squeeze it in my hand like
that and all the juice will come out and
dead simple now here’s the thing you can
buy pomegranate juice and you can buy
planets of pomegranates that have been
picked and apart from being you know
more expensive and I find the juice kind
of goes a bit stale and it’s not as
fresh and sweet and full of life so this
is so simple so quick and if you want to
put a bit of Clementine in there as well
it makes the most incredible kind of
champagne Bucks Fizz now you can use
champagne or if it’s a bit too posh you
can use Carver or a Prosecco that’s much
cheaper so all I do is literally squeeze
it in like this and then get me champers
do about three times as much champers as
there is pomegranate juice it goes the
most incredible colour as well now if
you posh you can use a champagne flute
like this or you can use a tumbler if
you’re a bit common like me just give it
a little swirl around and pour it in and
it’s absolutely delicious a real nice
twist on a Bucks Fizz look at that it
just looks beautiful
really Christmassy so there you go guys
