alright guys it’s time to pick some
herbs how’s it going here our thyme
rosemary coriander basil parsley and
what I’ll do show you how to pick each
one so time take the stock just pick
these small leaves off by that sometimes
you can strip it off the stalk by doing
that with your nail don’t you see I’m
all you want there’s nice little
individual leaves and no stop okay
rosemary same kind of thing
pull the leaves off the stalker come to
the pump like this rid of this dog
coriander pick the nice individual
leaves off the stalk this
okay basil very easy nice big fat juicy
leaves and parsley
same thing
okay all right Christian parsley
show me your basil Roy coriander you
guys are on time okay
but they could work guys okay now
sometimes guys we keep the stocks
sometimes they throw them away
partially stops battle stocks are really
good in cooking so read the recipe and
you might need to keep the stocks you
