so we’re preparing peppers and you can
pretty much eat all of them but the bit
we want to get rid of is right in the
middle of the seeds so the easiest way
is to cut it apart
remembering your knife skills fingers on
your tips straight down to the board yep
and then this is the bit here that we
don’t want this tough white bit with all
the seeds so just pull mine out and then
trim off the privates keeping it firmly
on the board cutting away from you
and the bits are tricky to get to you
can just pull out with your fingers hey
breathe so close to the mess away from
Broadway jumping then we’re going to
slice it with strips so because it rocks
like that that’s no good to us you flip
it over on the side that keeps it nice
and firm a gate to the board well you’re
gonna keep the tip of your knife on the
board
you’re gonna keep your fingers wrapped
around the handle not on the blade boy
that’s it now use the tip of the fingers
to keep your pepper nice and still on
the board that’s it how to prepare a
pepper into strips
