I’m going to show you how to cook
perfect pasta I’ve got a big pot of
boiling water here I’m going to add good
pinch of salt and then my pastor you
want 75 to 100 grams ahead depending on
how hungry you are
I just shaken up a little I’ll bring the
water back to the boil take a spoon give
the pasta stir make sure that nothing
sticking together now you just got to
leave that pasta to boil
according to pack instructions but
probably about 10 minutes and that pasta
will be cooked get the pastor stir now
and again just to make sure nothing
sticking together
Pasteur’s ready now so I’m going to do
is take cup of water
put it to one side I’m going to take
this off and drain it in the sink here’s
the pasta cooked and here’s the hot
sauce I’m going to use so the pesto goes
into the sauce just get rid of this
now passing it gets stirred together the
tomato sauce nice if the sauce is a
little thick and it’s not cutting esta
properly and what you do is add a little
bit bit left over cooking water you put
to one side
