foof let’s get in the house down the
camden market I’m out there on the
street digging looking finding the
latest food trends this week was talking
about the next level of food trend
that’s right soup sandwiches now I’ve
been on me travels I was in the Middle
East about a month ago and I was in New
York three weeks ago this trend is
happening out there now and it’s not
happening in London London you need to
get your act together soups are nice or
the latest thing Hubble first soup it’s
the gourmet soup sandwich chicken soup
with ciabatta now it’s all counts on the
way you slice the ciabatta because the
holes capture the soup and make it
delicious slice into the bread and as
you can see they’re deep cavities to
capture the soup really really excited
about this one I’m the food busker cook
on the streets I take my food to the
people of the streets and they tell me
what they think it’s worth so this one’s
going to be a little bit different but
series already they’ve got to be served
because super sandwiches are best
enjoyed fresh straight out the pan okay
chicken soup ready pull the chicken soup
into the sandwich and then squeeze it
together now I reckon that about six
quid not my people is ready to take to
the street so this is a chicken soup
sandwich brand new out of Brooklyn
chicken soup sandwich get involved it’s
like a really meaty dish that really
fulfills you how much would you pay for
that one pound one pound I’m on the
ropes but I’m confident that this bad
boy is gonna bring it back he’s a big
winner my girlfriend she’s a
vegetarianism and she loves vegetables
in soup soup with a whole grain roll so
carrot soups coming up let’s get the
whole meal back ready tear it open the
suits gonna collect in there it’s gonna
add body to the sandwich it’s gonna be
delicious
that’s soup it’s steaming hot ready pour
it on fresh straight out the pan and
then top on
let’s go for four pound okay take it

would you pay for that a couple of quid
okay mmm it’s good yeah
yes that’s what I’m talking about so

this next dish he’s gonna bring it up
that working man classic tomato and
basil soup my dad’s favorite he
absolutely loved it when he was working
down the coal mine we’re gonna serve it
with beautiful white bread the
creaminess of the moment really sets off
the white bread and simply place it into
the bowl soups ready

takes to the street and see what people

guess it’s too early for some of them
but like one pound for a soup sandwich
