seeds out like you’re doing up here just

comes to putting in your vinegar and
your sugar it’s all about balancing so
the sugar for sweetness and the vinegar
for sharpness laughter should got to
heat tablespoons I reckon in there so
far okay I’ve got white wine vinegar
here I’m gonna put about 50 mils in all
this is doing is really loosening it up
and adding that acidity to it let’s pop
the heat on lovely keep an eye on it
because it will only take the literary
minutes a little bit of water in there
now I’m just gonna mash up a little bit
I just want to see the consistency and
if I need to add any more vinegar or
water look
sweet siddik the banana has another
chance yet
it’s not quite right but once I’ve lit
it up boom they’re wonderful I’m gonna
let it tick away when it starts boiling
give it a minute
can you see there it’s just enough
liquid just to keep it all together spot
on the guavas coming through a little
bit banana now and that acidity from the
vinegar is not as harsh as it was before
so that’s ready if you haven’t got one
of these little blenders don’t panic you
can’t have it quite chunky if you like
if you’ve got the tape measure or
something like that while ricer put it
through that good i’ll it really smooth
so I’m gonna put it through a sieve
first I mean ya know they let that cool
down and I’ll be ready to go beautiful
