peace and Finnick waters diving deep
once again beautiful deep divers that
bud is saying hi to you
well breathing in that good ass prana
baby in the heart of nature what’s your
day like how is it going
have you been up and down around and
around are you taking care of everybody
else right now and forgetting about
yourself yes Ralph were you told to be
selfless yes Ralph well I’m here to turn
your world upside down again you see
what’s helped me along my journey is to
realize this that you have to learn how
to fill your own cup first time and time
again I meet people who I exhausted by
the time they get to me they’re like
Ralph I have no energy left I’m taking
care of everybody else and I have no
time for me well it’s time to start
making time for you you see so many
people are empty glasses you can’t pour
from an empty glass it’s impossible so
fill your own cup first and then you’ll
have so much more to give other people
you don’t want to be someone who’s
helping everybody else but you can’t
help yourself and that was me alone my
early journey now I realize this you
can’t pour from an empty bluffs
self-care is the best care yikes slow
motion slow motion right so self-care is
the best can start learning how to fill
your own cup and then you’ll just say
fill so get to be a live baby can I get
a hello beautiful deep divers have a
beautiful day take care of yourself
