story to share with you is very obvious

make this silicon you know material and
then use silicon material to make all
the high-tech semiconductor devices no I
don’t go to too much detail but I want
to just you know highlight there’s a lot
of material being used in this
manufacturing process first starting
with how to make the bare silicon wafer
so you have to use a Roman tea or like
same and then go through a different
kind of
nicole purification process and then you
can get a high purity poly crystalline
silica and then you use a high purity
poly silicon and crystalline silicon to
make this you know si wafer and then
starting from a silicon wafer a company
like TSMC they are prior different kind
of technology in their factory they
install probably thousands of the
different kind of equipment okay so they
use those kind of equipment to design
and transfer multiple layers multiple
layers of certain pattern and then they
fabricate the pattern by you know using
a lot different kind of material song I
use in the deposition process or using a
cleaning etching polishing different
kind of process and then eventually you
can get this the process waiver all the
chips have been processed on top of this
silicon wafer so usually this process
goes to multiple cycles the total psycho
time to make this type of high-tech
devices usually take three to eight
weeks it depends depends on what type of
devices you manufacture some are very
complex for example like micro
processors used in the server or PC it
may take longer time but some of us
simple power discrete devices using the

take just two three weeks to make so
