in your own words

name of the album is skip school start
fights I mean you guys probably don’t
get too many invitations from high
schools to speak or play we wanted to do
like like high schools and stuff like
that but if you kind of never really
pursued it because of the album title
you’d be surprised at how many teachers
though come and buy the t-shirts
she said that the title of the record is
very representative of the things that
you guys speak about we don’t think
about skipping school or starting fights
or anything that but I think it kind of
holds like the spirit of the record
so then how do you guys choose what you
want to talk about our sing about it’s
just like whoever ends up writing the
lyrics for certain song am I getting
peed on what is it I didn’t like the
lyrics i think it’s just whatever their
personally going through like at that
moment i know some songs end up being
about girls if someone’s going through a
relationship thing some songs end up
just being about hanging with your
friends you know it’s just it’s all just
whatever you feel like a tour or
anything you know what are the bands
that are the most fun to tour with New
Found Glory cartel fireworks set your
goal the main 303 or awesome we play
with 303 every day they’ve been amazing
so they’re definitely like they’re
definitely some of our best friends
know that you guys have a Whitney
Houston cover song out there wondering
why you chose to cover that and if you
think she’s heard it man I hope that she

we needed to do something for like
b-sides you know and we had we had an
idea for one and we’re like I was just
