Using Jamie Oliver’s tomato & basil sauce

hi I’m Pete and Jamie’s food team and
today I’m going to show you how to use
this lovely tomato and battle sauce I’ve
got some meatballs frying here I’ve
moved them around a bit so they’re all
really nicely colored on each side
smelling delicious pretty much cooked
what I’m going to do is add a jar of
this lovely tomato basil pesto sauce the
further you go a little
starless off the round through all the
meatballs get nicely cultist the
tomatoes in the sauce are Italian salsa
made in Italy and they’ve got a really
delicious right rich flavor and you can
see by the color they’re the real deal
no the pasta sauce is bubbling and
delicious I’ve got some pasta here
that’s just cooked and drained I’m just
going to tip the pasta in to the
meatballs and sauce if it looks a little
bit dry I’ve got a cup full of water
here past the cooking water the
spaghetti was cooked in I’m just gonna
add a splash that’s would loosen the
sauce up a bit make it a bit better
do you want sausage hot meatballs are
cooked everything’s nicely mixed we’re
ready to plate up nicely
Donavan spaghetti finish off with a few
lovely fresh basil leaves bubble grating
Parmesan cheese and a final drizzle hon
