The Wii Nunchuck Review

this is called the nunchuck now the
nunchuck is an add-on that snaps right
onto the bottom of the Nintendo Wii
controller you just take this wire here
and connect it directly to the bottom
now you have a nunchuck enabled antenna
we controller what’s this for if you
look carefully the nunchuck has an
analog stick and has two additional
buttons here the Z button and the Seba
now this controller too is motion
sensitive so what this does is rather
than giving you that really precise sort
of movement the you handle with this
controller this will sense basic
movements like shaking so if you’re
playing a boxing game for example we’d
hold the controllers like this and you’d
box like that and these controllers
would be able to both sense motion and
both relate your punches on-screen and
the best thing about this is the
nunchuck comes packaged into the
Nintendo Wii another thing to note here
on the top of the week controller you
have an infrared sensor what this does
is it helps in relating the precision of
your movements to the screen its
assisted with this sensor bar and you
need this in order to properly relate
your movements to the screen now what
you would do is you’d either places
below your television or above your
television and you would actually have
to tell the Wii that in the settings
menu so the big question should you buy
it if you’re a casual gamer yes without
question
buy the Nintendo Wii if you’re a
hardcore gamer you know the Nintendo Wii
is not enough by itself I definitely
think you should buy it but you need to
combo with something else but we 60
combo for example an Xbox 360 or with a
Playstation 3 so either way you look at
it whether you’re a casual gamer or
hardcore gamer there’s a relevant reason
to own a Nintendo week so I highly
highly suggest you just go out and get
one if you can find it
