you’d hope to see in a doctor they’re
practically at each other’s throats

I have no idea what to expect from two
players seemingly trying to undermine
each other’s progress we shift gears now
to a couple that’s trying their darndest
to work together that’s not to say that
cup quake and her husband are any more
successful or create any less disastrous
results but it’s cute to see them try
here instead of both controlling a
single arm each player now has their own
arm to control by themselves this does
create some rather confusing left-right
reversal but hey accurate Anatomy was
never really touted as this game’s
strong suit
for me the highlight of this video
happens pretty early on as the couple is
trying to remove the goggles the patient
is wearing so they can begin the surgery
proper a procedure which requires a
surprisingly large amount of hardware
this is just a practice round oh my okay
other highlights include them both
poking at the patient’s face with
scalpels which ends about the way you’d
expect it would to their credit much
like almost all of the videos we’ll see
today they actually complete the surgery
but only after pricking themselves
accidentally with a needle so they are
tripping balls as they do it number

something that we’ve all done before in
real life we’re doing a heart transplant
we saw two players trying to work pretty
much against each other and two players
trying to work together and now we have
six players trying to well I’m really
not actually sure what they’re trying to
do here the gang from the Smosh Gabe
bang crew are doing a challenge as they
are want to do whoever can’t perform a
heart transplant in game of course has
to eat something gross that sort of
looks like a heart I guess after
watching a heck of a lot of these videos
I gotta say this first player is
actually pretty good at this game
I mean it’s still surgery and simulators
so obviously it isn’t smooth but he
essentially succeeds at every action he
attempts well at least at first he still
eventually fails that’s not to say that
his buddies are any better

loser like they intended they have four

the fact that my doctors probably used

markiplier does his very best to perform
a transplant on a very unlucky group of
beings some of them human some of them
not so human tell me which one of these
is your burgers Maddux if you thought
the physics in this game were kind of
floating before wait till you see them
in super low gravity wait am I somehow
still in zero gravity and how are the
tools laying down on the ground I don’t
know if you’ve seen markiplier videos
before you know exactly what to expect
here high-volume commentary most of
which is delivered in a wide variety of
voices a wall buddy whoa hey you listen
to me I’m not a perform surgery on you I
don’t care what you say return oh it’s
okay I’m a doctor
shut up alien nurse I’m a doctor anyway
after he masters human surgery in space
he moves on to the real challenge alien
surgery in space oh you’re freaky Oh fun
fact the organ he’s transplanting in the

transplant in this update are named

after nerd cubed and another after Gavin

get to it like I said this game was
essentially designed for these videos no
nor Norb so I know it’s given away right
there in the title but the absolute best
part of this playthrough is the dramatic
conclusion basically you lose in surgeon
simulator if you’re patient runs out of
blood so you can see that this little
critter is down to his last pint of
blood when markiplier manages a
buzzer-beater
and it’s literally a slam dunk
