it’s June second I think this is gonna

want to touch base we had a record month
of May we did 215 million views on
YouTube which is insane and you guys
watched 1.2 billion minutes of content
that’s that’s a lot thank you very much
yes and you’re today because we like to
keep track of these things so last year
in the first five months of the year we
had generated 636 million views from
january to may do you want to guess how
many we did this year any number nine
hundred thousand nine hundred million
nine hundred seventy eight million
that’s correct and then in terms of
minutes of content that you guys watch
last year you did 3.3 billion guess how
many they generated from january to me
of 2055 pretty good 5.5 billion so again
a million a billion thank you to the
Mojo holics we really really I mean
literally we could not have done it
without you guys that was an actual
guess by you alright so in the spirit of
the top five format we’re gonna start
counting down at number five with
appropriately our top five watchmojo
fact series which premiered this week
yeah so Chris Mason one of our newer
team members he launched the first show
of the new series yesterday Monday so
five days ago I guess when it depending
on when you’re watching this we’re
shooting on Tuesday if it’s not clear um
so it’s interesting because if some of
you are like what the hell there’s a new
series and we can definitely do a better
job of promoting that but more on that
at number four the point is I think most
of you like that it did about a couple
hundred thousand views 2,000 likes 150
dislikes it was really
entertaining I liked it a lot off yep
yeah but I do have one comment of the
week from that one which it was the top
5 disgusting dinosaur facts and extra
213 said what they did at five and not
ten what the bev is this let’s riot or

watchmojo labs yeah so we’ve kind of we
admit that we could do a better job of
preparing prepping presenting and
displaying new series and shows and
sometimes we go all in and then we
realize oh we thought of this we didn’t
think of that and you guys are great at
telling us when we’re good and when
we’re bad and when we were bad
especially when we’re bad we have a
whole the whole bookshelf full of those
reminders but in any case so I think in
the future even though we didn’t really
do it for the top five but the top five

could you do that or sometimes you guys

Canadian and so you know to me around

things where money and I go trust me
nobody accuses of doing things from any

I’m like come on you guys have to be
kind of realistic if you’re gonna dish
the criticism it’s all good but you know
then allow us to have some fun in the
comments as well emmalin we don’t take

cookies we like to do the explosions and
we definitely like the occasional oral
sex scenes but it’s one video out of a
hundred so take it easy something else

entertained and informed so when in our
mission we inform and entertain when we
take on topics like mass shootings or
dictators we don’t make any apologies
for it we put it in the top 10 format
not just because that’s our format and
packaging style but it’s because it’s a
way that people are then going to click
but when we do those topics we like to
think we’re respectful and we treat the
subject matter seriously now with
regards to sports deaths I was actually
when when I kind of heard the different
you know the caucus and the debating I
ended up being for it because I felt
that it’s a bit different when you look
at like let’s say Ayrton Senna Brazilian
f1 driver who passed away at imola in
1994 after his William smashed into the
wall and and one of the greatest race
car drivers of all time was taken from
us prematurely f1 made some changes so
the reason why we judging by the

only eight said no we will go ahead and
do that it’s because we think it’s
interesting to look at these great
legends of sports and how people had
this outpouring of emotion we think
that’s really really a passion thing

beloved high-profile walmart already has
which I think Walmart you could
criticize them but I mean look they did
they’re great for many reasons as well
and some criticism is fair but Solal
Mart totally changed their tune and they
settled with Tracy Morgan and the the
comedian friend of his who died and they
had a 10 million dollar settlement with
that dudes family rest in peace and
Tracy Morgan came out this week on
today’s show and basically said look
Walmart did the right thing and they
want to take care of it so we thought of
doing either like you know crazy
settlements shocking settlements but I
think what we’re leading towards is just
doing like a you know we did like top 10
lawsuits that captured the Americans
attention and we focused on America
because we recognize that there’s a lot
in Europe that we may not be as well
versed in but so we want to do one and
in the suggestion page we saw those

but we’re thinking what do you guys want
should we do one that encompasses
everything or is this something that you
guys have the appetite for and we should

quite a bit it’s sinking in how much
we’ve grown in the last two years a
couple years ago when we really focused
on our YouTube channel and the top 10 we
we kind of were reading the comments
because we always read the comments to
kind of get a sense of do you guys like
this do you not do we miss something I
mean top tens are hard it’s very easy to
do a top 10 but it’s really hard to get
a top 10 right and I’m not even saying
perfect it’s impossible to have a top 10
rights perfect so when we started to
publish more and more clips I would kind
of just buy for education purposes for
feedback I would just read the comments
and occasionally I’d reply and I think
people kind of thought that was weird
but I’ve always focus customer service
and just reader services and whatnot and
as we got bigger and bigger there were
times when I would comment rather
diplomatic lien respectfully and there
are times when you know the comments
that you guys would read would be a bit
more smartass passive aggressive I guess
I know you know those comments were just
you know we’d like to make fun of
ourselves and we like to banter online
and then we kept on getting bigger and
bigger and we brought on Kenneth Gibson
by the way I’m asking Kenneth to bring
his dart board and we’re going to put it
there because you guys basically think
we just randomly throw darts at a
dartboard to come up with ideas that’s a
little that’s passive aggressive right
there um so the point was when Kenneth
came on I asked him to also start to
read comments and provide like if
somebody said hey man you idiots when

go and check the calendar and posted but
he wouldn’t necessarily get snarky or
like act crazy so I said okay why don’t
you start just a sign-off kg so that
when I comment if we do disagree people
don’t think we have multiple
personalities which some of us at the
office do you have by the way there
there’s a lot of geminis oh it’s not a
thing or geminis him yeah so anyway this
worst kept secret that we want to kind
of close a chapter on and you’ll see why
so when I would kind of reply there were
times when I would reply diplomatically
in times when I wanted to just tell
someone like smack them in the face
because they were saying stupid things
like with all due respect that that dude

viewers so I kind of just wanted to tell

so here’s the thing watch modules grown
quite a bit it’s sinking in how much
we’ve grown in the last two years a
couple years ago when we really focused
on our YouTube channel and the top 10 we
we kind of were reading the comments
because we always read the comments to
kind of get a sense of do you guys like
this do you not do we miss something I
mean top tens are hard it’s very easy to
do a top 10 but it’s really hard to get
a top 10 right and I’m not even saying
perfect it’s impossible to have a top 10
rights perfect so when we started to
publish more and more clips I would kind
of just buy for education purposes for
feedback I would just read the comments
and occasionally I’d reply and I think
people kind of thought that was weird
but I’ve always focus customer service
and just reader services and whatnot and
as we got bigger and bigger there were
times when I would comment rather
diplomatic lien respectfully and there
are times when you know the comments
that you guys would read would be a bit
more smartass passive aggressive I guess
I know you know those comments were just
you know we’d like to make fun of
ourselves and we like to banter online
and then we kept on getting bigger and
bigger and we brought on Kenneth Gibson
by the way I’m asking Kenneth to bring
his dart board and we’re going to put it
there because you guys basically think
we just randomly throw darts at a
dartboard to come up with ideas that’s a
little that’s passive aggressive right
there um so the point was when Kenneth
came on I asked him to also start to
read comments and provide like if
somebody said hey man you idiots when
his top ten pantera coming out he would
go and check the calendar and posted but
he wouldn’t necessarily get snarky or
like act crazy so I said okay why don’t
you start just a sign-off kg so that
when I comment if we do disagree people
don’t think we have multiple
personalities which some of us at the
office do you have by the way there
there’s a lot of geminis oh it’s not a
thing or geminis him yeah so anyway this
worst kept secret that we want to kind
of close a chapter on and you’ll see why
so when I would kind of reply there were
times when I would reply diplomatically
in times when I wanted to just tell
someone like smack them in the face
because they were saying stupid things
like with all due respect that that dude
who objected to our oral sex scenes with
the Walter White avatar and one night
some guy was going crazy trolling
insulting other watchmojo hall watchmojo
viewers so I kind of just wanted to tell
him off in a way to kind of end it right
there and I just sorry I was looking for
like something to sign off on so
obviously this is the worst kept secret
because some of you kind of guessed this
and I don’t know why I denied it it’s
really the only time I’ve ever lied so
we kind of just came up with a mr. X
persona all right next one not signing

guys a few Spanish speaking Mulder
holics want to help us we’re gonna have
a team translating them but I mean
having lived in Spain very briefly and
traveling to spanish-speaking countries
when I’m fortunate enough to do so we
realize that there’s accents and
dialects and all that stuff so what we
want is when we start doing the first
batch of 5 10 15 or 20 clips we would
like you guys to preview them that’s the
word I could not deliver so if you’re
interested in being part of that focus
group whether you’re live in Madrid
Caracas Medellin or Mexico City wherever
you’re from and you’re interested in
participating just in reviewing to give
us a feedback on which of the hosts
delivers the lines better in a way that
all spanish-speaking ultra holics can I
