welcome to watchmojo.com our favorite
let’s play videos in a specific category
today we’re getting into character and
checking out two of our favorite arma 3
mods Altis life and life get on the
ground sir
life and Altis life are role-playing
mods for arma 3 ones in which players
assume different and often opposing
roles in society hello guys
can you please get off the vehicle some
people play as police some as criminals
and other people just play as unassuming
civilians it’s easier to understand it
as you watch it so let’s play see what I
did there the police would not support a
mission to the moon so we are we are
fighting for that injustice here number
5 Robert the carjacker arma 3 altis life
channel robots I’m going to be a
carjacker
of course car chases aren’t anything new
to video games and neither is running
from the cops but it is more fun when
the cops are real people
although the gleeful commentary well our
host is being chased is pretty great by
itself you’ll never catch me lying but
it’s equally hilarious when he gets
arrested if only for how serious the
cops are taking the whole situation and
how unserious he is in return they got
fixed cons to grand theft 15 counts of
attempt at all of that bang one count of
speeding well this is also a very nice
car can I take it if you’ve seen any of
robustus videos before you’ll know that
most of the fun comes from his
commentary something that’s so easily
identifiable that he even gets
recognized by the cops who’ve just
apprehended him wait wait wait
talk again hello
whoa oh my god they realize that you
know they realized listen to that squeak
robust ear laying or mud tree their
enthusiasm dies back down however once
they get back to base and realize that
he stole it and chopped one of their
other vehicles already no it’s just my
job that Jim getting sent to jail
doesn’t seem to dampen his spirits even
a little bit though no prison rape
prison rape what is this I’m going away
anyway
what’s fun about watching people play
this mod is the semi-realistic way in
which events unfold like when he steals
this guy truck and then you can hear him
calling for help from the police as he
drives away
number four arma 3 altis life cop cadets
part 1 first day channel size syndicate
this series is gonna be called police
cadets because this is our my first day
being a cop so i don’t really know what
tell you i’m doing we’ve seen what it’s
like to be a carjacker or khari actor
but let’s see what life is like on that
other side of the thin blue line and
what better guide than size syndicate
fuck I just came possibly said the
police what’s Osprey cool as well this
video is the first of a series where our
host Lewis plays as a cop although this
clip showcases his first day it is by no
means an easy birthday on the job
Oh again from the fall whoa that’s
illegal don’t see these guys trying to
rope me it’s maybe that first traumatic
experience that pushed Lewis down that
dark path at so many cops fall victim to
after only six minutes on the job he’s
already negotiating a bribe from a
suspect he’s taking to jail how much
money do you have around the halfway
point this video has a rather shocking
twist while investigating the rather
seedy part of town or rather the drug
area of the math our rookie cop gets
himself into some pretty hot water
several criminals ambush him and claim
that they’re making a citizen’s arrest
yeah yeah I know it’s from for paulie’s
I wonder pulled you over to make sure
you knew you know you know how to do wit
which car you take a knife cut there hi
dr. Craven drop my heart taking hostage
on his first day that is some bad luck
you’ve been a couple one day you’re a
piggy pig-pig
I’m not knowing one day like one hour
the criminals do not however make it
very far with their hostage oh I’ll be
all dead well don’t mess with a cop
number 3 arma 3 altis life fugitive
channel the devil dog gamer alright
let’s go – I’m gonna go to the gun store
and get again there’s checkpoint nothing
like getting stopped by the police to
ruin a night of fun with your friends
there you are having a good time on the
way to the gun store and a police
checkpoint Rex your day can you please
can you please turn off your car little
tip for those of you aspiring to enter
the field of law enforcement always
speak with confident authority for an
example of how not to speak to
potentially dangerous suspects don’t do
as Donnie don’t does guys I would like
you to step out of the vehicle please
I do not consent to search see if only
he’d spoken with a bit more confidence
he might have been able to avoid the
situation that followed listen up dude
stop right there hey don’t don’t he’s
gonna shoot man please stop the car too
bad this kicks off a big game of
cat-and-mouse for most of the rest of
the video at one point early on the
players run into another group of police
that are looking for them try to turn
and run end up having their wheels blown
out and are forced to make their escape
on foot what’s great about this video
and these two mods in general is that it
shows the sort of organic situations
that can arise when everyone’s playing
their part it’s really amazing how it
works sometimes it’s also a good example
of how driving with your lights off can
cause some disastrous but hilarious
results
number two cops SWAT sniper Altis life
RPG ARMA 3 Channel Rhino crunch this guy
is an asshole
so like I said before when people are
playing their roles this can be magic to
watch however when people are not
playing their roles funny stuff still
happens
watch it bow watch it Oh Oh Lord Jesus
no where are the two sides better
exemplified than in this video expertly
edited to be like an episode of cops
complete with the theme music and an
epic montage
mariette I don’t now you know there’s a
cocaine field about two klicks northwest
here right the similarities don’t stop
there
once they’ve apprehended a suspect well
gunned him down revived him and then
apprehended him we got him we got him
they argue with the suspect about his
supposed guilt on the way back to the
impound in a conversation that sounds
like it could be ripped right out of the
show that is until they run into a group
of rebels and have a shootout that I
don’t think would make it to TV although
I’ve never seen an epic sniper showdown
on TV either but it’s been a while since
I cut my cable got them target down to
chuck a shot as is the case in real life
these cops do come into conflict with
the local press a member of which they
detain against his will unruhe Nando
actually the guy who’s playing the
reporter becomes so upset with his
unlawful detainment that he breaks
character and then disconnects you know
dude I’m gonna tell you right now while
ninjas in its quit me good already told
you I don’t want to go with you I’m
trying to scream and do my own thing and
you’re ruining my baby I’m not gonna
come back while you’re in here dude you
do this every time with your crap even
cops like to troll apparently oh here’s
a tissue for you sweetheart
I guess you shouldn’t threaten police
officers oh my god
look at what happened to the back bit
about it number one Prison Break ARMA 3
life channel Frankie on PC in 1080p
where’s the money Ryan I’ve got the
money but let me tell you right now if
anything happens to me this place is
totally gonna get raided so if you
search for videos of these two mods on
YouTube one name always floats to the
top
especially if you prefer to watch it
English Franky is the king of these
videos and it doesn’t take too long to
see what well that’s because we’re going
on a bit of a mission to outer space
with Tom Hanks and Kevin Bacon he’s got
lots of bacon in this clip Frankie and
his friends decide to ambush and hijack
a prison bus use it to gain access to a
prison and then bust a bunch of dudes
out just the first step of this plan is
ambitious and intense one player poses
as someone stopped by the side of the
road asking for help and the rest of his
accomplices wait in ambush for the
police to arrive just came to stop
kepta stone well by the coppers we’re
about to take them to detail please help
yeah guys if you’ve got em sorry – I
know you shouldn’t really stop like this
could you please them to help me like
someone just got murdered yeah I don’t
know what to do get out of the car get
out of the car on the floor get out of
the car out of the car what’s amazing
about this video and the server they’re
playing on is how many people are
playing their parts without using
outrageous personalities or silly voices
everyone is cooperating in a certain way
both cops and robbers it’s like watching
a an improvised episode of Prison Break
in fact this is about a serious and
committed as I’ve ever seen someone get
in a let’s play video let alone a whole
group of people check out the scene
where they negotiate with the SWAT team
I’m the negotiator and I want to bring
this to a a peaceful conclusion well
that’s good to know ma’am and our needs
are quite simple what we’re looking for
is 1 million dollars for me for a bit of
a personal project involving the moon
and also SATA once a news crew here
because he’s never been on TV I got
actually this leads to the climax of the
video after negotiating for the first
half of the ransom they decide to take
the negotiator himself
hostage and discovered that he’s got the
other half on him
bad move coppers yeah the other half on
him
The Outlaws then have a little mishap
with the c4 trying to make their escape
set it to zero seconds but thanks to the
magic of respawns they still managed to
have a pretty epic chopper getaway well
that’s it for our countdown let us know
what other types of let’s play videos
you’d like to see us cover and for more
great content published every day be
