television number three Arrested
Development season four we edit Netflix
it was May 4th and in the Bayside town
of Newport Beach the annual celebration
known as Cinco de cuatro was underway
Mitch Hurwitz the creator of the beloved
comedy series Arrested Development
announced that season 5 was on the way
and leading up to it we’re getting a
remixed version of season 4 did you know
about all this no I’ve been tipping them
Netflix’s revival of the show was hit
and miss with many fans as the new
structure and longer episodes across a
nonlinear series made the Bluth family
feel much more disconnected well it’s
about the whole family
then the show’s creators are hoping to
fix this by going back and turning the
15 longer episodes into 22 shorter ones
and re editing the entire thing to be
linear and coherent when I first met you
I thought you were one of those typical
uptight snobby Newport Beach vapid nut
Buster’s number two dear white people
season 2 Netflix a black woman speaks
truth and society loses its mind
remember this show the 2017 series whose
initial trailer got downloaded to hell
on YouTube and was accused of being
racist towards white people
turns out the show wasn’t actually
racist and was pretty good good enough
to earn a second season which you should
definitely check out this weekend
I’m not a white nationalist you want to
cook yours mama said to be a Negro and
relatively conscious to be in a race
almost all the time an insightful comedy
series about a group of black students
in a prestigious White Ivy League school
season two delivers the same sharp
biting wit and insightful commentary as
season one without being the anti white
propaganda many assumed it was I was
thinking that the whole time but I
didn’t think I could say it number one
the rain netflix our comfortable lives
were never meant to change so when
everything fell apart
we were the least prepared this Danish
sci-fi series premieres on Netflix this
weekend and definitely lives up to the
hype taking place six years after a
virus living in rain water wiped out
most of the population of Scandinavia
two siblings who’ve been living in a
bunker the whole time emerged and faced
the frightening new world we were taught
that we were safe that we were the
happiest people on earth ultimately it’s
a story about post-apocalyptic survival
and how people act when they’re
completely free of social boundaries the
rain is a realistic and emotional take
on a familiar story much of which is
framed around finding answers to the
origin of the virus and possible
stay dry stay alive don’t forget to tune
