in the head once woods realizes what’s
happened all hell breaks loose you

the music used in the scene perfectly
captures the horrific moment and it all
comes together like a dramatic climax of
a great movie number 9

Duty advanced warfare heroic sacrifices
are sure to make any man weep at the
very beginning of the game friends Jack
Mitchell and wil irons are rappelling an
invasion of North Korea however wills
arm is caught in an access panel while
placing charges upon a gunship after a
failed rescue attempt will decides to
save Jack by pushing him off of the
gunship before he explodes okay soon
it’s all very heroic and touching
complete with dramatic swelling music
but then Jack’s arm is severed by
falling debris he passes out a brake
Woods’s sacrifice call of duty black ops
in this scene both Woods and Mason
confront bad guy left craft chenko but
kravchenko gains the upper hand against
woods and beats the shit out of Mason
afterwards recoups and Stan scrap Shenko
he pulls the panel on a grenade
we die forcing woods to play the hero
and sacrifice himself by pushing crap
Shenko out a window
of course wood survives the explosion
somehow but at the time this was an
emotional scene because well you know
heroic sacrifices we’ve been through
that right number seven the Siberian
diamond mine call of duty modern warfare
3 fans were beginning to get a bit of
franchise fatigue by the time modern
warfare 3 was released but that doesn’t
mean it isn’t without its moments case
in point the exhilarating diamond
mindset piece which sees Sandman Grinch
and truck heroically stayed behind and
sacrifice themselves for the greater
good heroic sacrifice dramatic
slow-motion emotional music theatrical
fade to white while otherwise stoic
characters scream the names of the
deceased this is just grade a man –
you’re material say what you want about
these games but there’s no denying that
they contain some beautifully dramatic
set pieces number 6 game over
call duty modern warfare the first
modern warfare is often considered to be
the best in a series not only for its
stellar multiplayer component but also
for its highly energetic imaginative and
yes emotional campaign Modern Warfare
has a real doozy of an ending an
ultra-nationalist helicopter traps the
squad on a bridge you’re forced to watch
a large majority of your squad die at
the hands of enemy soldiers and then the
good guys show up
so you’re dramatically lifted away while
the music swells and the game fades to
white this was pure Hollywood drama and
we kind of left every second of it
number five no sacrifice too great Call
of Duty World War two having to leave a
good man behind is always a difficult
situation even in a video game such is
the case for the players commanding
officer lieutenant Joseph Turner after
saving Daniels from certain death Turner
is shot in the back by a German tank
commander after killing that dude with
her sidearm Daniel’s carries the
lieutenant as far as he can before
Turner himself orders Daniels to leave
him behind to hold the rear
no sacrifice too great go this Iraq
sacrifices as dramatic as they come as
even the soldiers are struggling to hold
back their manliest of men tears number

Davis’s family vacation call of duty
modern warfare 3 well they had to top
that infamous airport scene from Modern
Warfare somehow and I guess they
succeeded this brief interlude shows an
innocent civilian named mr. Davis as he
films his wife and daughter on vacation
the daughter seems excited to be in
London and playfully chases some pigeons
before a truck
friggin explodes killing the family and
sending the streets into chaos it’s a
painful and horrific scene to witness
mainly due to its realistic depiction of
a terrorist attack it gives us a
first-hand look of the horrors that
plague our world and it’s every bit as
difficult to watch as the creator’s
intended number 3
killing Harper call of duty black ops 2
choosing to kill or capture Menendez is
one thing but choosing whether to kill
Harper is something else entirely in the
scene Menendez threatens Farid with
execution and orders him to kill Harper
you’re then given the choice to either
shoot Menendez or Harper
kaylynn and choosing the ladder is a
devastating decision not that it really
matters though Harper tells Farid to get
on with it before his head explodes
splattering the camera with blood and
sending Farid into a state of shock it’s
a difficult decision made all the more
horrible by the utterly defeated
reaction there’s really no happy outcome
in this scenario number two Shepards
betrayal call of duty modern warfare 2
ah the old good guys actually the bad
guys switcheroo
it’s an old tactic but it’s damn
effective after Roach and ghost nearly
died rating a safehouse lieutenant
general Shepard betrays them and steals
the Intel they’ve just recovered in this
admittedly very over-the-top seat
Shepard shoots Roach in the stomach
before executing ghost though still
conscious Roach is then thrown into a
ditch with ghosts corpse whereupon he’s
doused with gasoline and burned alive
it’s an extremely violent scene and
undoubtedly one of Call of Duty’s most
heartbreaking the music the slow motion
will chills number one soaps death call
of duty modern warfare 3 it was well
known that modern warfare 3 was going to
be the final installment of the modern
warfare series and as such we were all
expecting some climactic deaths after
soap is mortally wounded Pryce tries
desperately to save his life with
anguished screams and cries for help
soap then passes away
complete with quieting music and the
harrowing screams of Captain Price to
make the scene even more sad
price then places the pistol on soaps
body before the music swells again in a
final heroic send-off now that’s how you
end a trilogy or set up the final act do
