when the lines between living and dead
are blurred every survivor counts people
up and go mad when they believe their
life is over in the race other times
welcome to watchmojo.com and today we’ll
be counting down our picks for the top
10 characters from Telltale’s The
Walking Dead we have to end this now for
this list we’ll be looking at any and
all characters from seasons 1 & 2 of the
series be they good bad or something in
between be warned spoilers lie ahead I
used to think 10 and maybe all the
horror hadn’t gotten to you yet
number 10 Alvin you all right baby I’m
fine you big dope whether it’s denial or
a genuine love of life this soon-to-be
father is as compassionate as they come
he lost his whole family wife and kid
damn Alvin is one of the rare survivors
with something left to live for and it
shows I love you silly bear I hate it
when you call me that still not ready to
be frightened by a little girl he comes
to Clem’s defense when she first shows
up at the cabin without warning we have
all that stuff inside the cab we could
probably get bout it we but yeah
we can’t you know Alvin is more than a
kind and able-bodied survivor
he’s a father figure in a group afraid
to take action we can’t be sure they
might be tracking us track him what do
you think they are ninjas
number 9 Carly hello and there we’re
here to help
let’s go guys one of the survivors you
meet during the early days of the
outbreak few are as grounded or reliable
as Carly I know who you are
nearly Everett you’re a professor at
Athens who killed a state senator who
was sleeping with your wife her career
as a reporter has given her a keen sense
of justice and she isn’t afraid to make
it no because if this lasts longer than
a few days and you’re a detriment to the
group then we’d have a problem Carly’s
quick wits and reasonable attitude make
her council invaluable to lead setting
up a close friendship between the two
you’re a good caretaker
thanks Carly always keeps her head in
the game and when tempers run high
she is crucial to the group’s survival
it also doesn’t hurt that she keeps a
gun around you had a gun so can I borrow
it
what do you mean borrow number eight Oh
meet come on Krista what’s wrong with
Omid we’re not calling our baby Omid one
of you is enough Omid keeps things
upbeat what he lacks in leadership or
physicality he makes up for in spirit
I was actually incarcerated sick give me
prison tats this intellectually driven
character doesn’t live in denial or fear
he’s living in the moment making the
best of things really without old lefty
I’d be done for
shut up Omid considering the
circumstances even though Meads trouble
seemed every day a hurt leg like
bickering with a significant other and
imminent parenthood not even the
apocalypse can keep him down hos that’s
a leak in it turn it off dude I don’t
want my eyebrows burned off for Lee and
clam o Meade’s friendship is a
validation that they’re still our
kind-hearted people in the world and
that humanity still exists when the dead
walk maybe we should have someone more
able-bodied doing that you sure you’re
up for the Lee say that again and you’re
gonna find out number seven
Jane we got to move it empathy might not
be her strong suit but Jane is the kind
of character you want to get to know who
what are you doing content to let the
group make their own mistakes Jane is
the quintessential lone wolf listen I uh
they’re gonna tear this place open
pretty soon we can’t stay what makes
Jane such a fascinating character isn’t
that she’s stoic or powerful but that
she’s so intent on mentoring Clementine
go break those meds to the others and
bring everybody back here I’m gonna give
this place open then we need to get
moved in ASAP unraveling Jane’s past and
imagining how Clem might grow up to
resemble this hardened adult is one of
the series’s most thrilling dynamics if
we lean them on the horn
keep honking and draw the walkers just
like moths to a flame number six
Charles name’s Chuck Charles if you
fancy Charles or Chuck is a vagabond
that the group meets briefly while
passing through a train yard
despite being a secondary character in a
lot of ways chuck represents the Walking
Dead universe as a whole
I saw you walking through here and
thought about scaring the pants off yeah
what but I couldn’t force myself to do
it in any other context this group of
individuals might have ignored a
homeless man plucking away at his guitar
but at the end of the world
everyone has worth it’s still kind of
freaking me out
trained folk will do that Charles is a
mysterious figure but we know that he’s
kind generous and wise a life as
valuable as any other I do like being
ran y’all actually it’s nice number five
Luke I just let everybody know I’m all
right okay Luke is an incredibly likable
character he’s filled with hope and
empathy but also distrust and indecision
I’m just glad y’all are here for that
reason he’s one of the most relatable
characters in the series with every look
he shoots Clementine we know that the
wheels are spinning in his head just
like they are in ours
clam oh thank god when Trust is such a
commodity having someone like Luke
around to share the load with is a
relief how could we have endured the
apocalypse without him come on caboose
you
going back there
number four Carver you better have an
explanation for this and I mean now
Carver is the scariest kind of villain
fueled by an intense twisted rationality
Carver is an insatiable tyrant that
thinks his motives are just your child
seems to be in need of correction during
his first intimidating appearance in the
story Carver interrogate a visibly
uncomfortable climate time unless you
want one of what she’s about to get I
pipe down Missy anyone else would have
to show up with guns to make their point
no but Carver enjoys twisting the knife
giving everyone a chance to let the
horror set in know that you can find
redemption here forgiveness by proving
your worth through what will undoubtedly
be hard work Carver is coming and
there’s nothing you can do about it it’s
time to get to work number three Kenny
wait you know this guy Clementine
when Lee and Clementine meet Kenny he’s
volatile and confrontational my son will
grow up to be a regional lunatic that’s
for certain but is also a caring father
and is soon to become a good friend
thanks for picking me up no problem we
have to take care of each other for all
his problems
Kenny’s there through thick and thin
moving over and over again that
everything he does is for the people he
loves only odd chance things got too bad
we could hop on my boat I guess Kenny is
the most resilient character in the
entire game a tortured spirit but a good
soul he’s seen it all and some more but
still manages to find reasons to go on
but after we found this stuff in storage
we couldn’t resist making an exception
what’s funny oh nothing wall number two
Lee Everett Oh need a little help
owning up to your mistakes is hard
explaining them to a small girl one of
the very few left on earth is even
harder
Abdo Moe think so every choice Lee makes
is for clementines benefit whether it’s
steering her moral compass or showing
her how to survive look I don’t know
what happened
but I’ll look after you until they’re
between his infamous past his role in
leading the group and having to look
after Clem Lee’s responsible for the
past present and most importantly the
future it doesn’t matter who’s in charge
most people are here now Lee isn’t only
the avatar for the player but a
brilliant deeply interesting character
in his own right I did the right thing
before we get to our number one pick
let’s have a look at some honorable
mentions we don’t need all these votes
what do I have to do for you to trust me
I’ll do anything what’s her problem
yeah she’s got a lot on her mind lately
bringing a baby into a world like this
round
starting to think maybe it was both of
you this I know what I saw
either way you could have hit one of us
yeah but I didn’t know children know
elderly no one with an advanced medical
condition basically no one who might be
a burden on the community
Crawford’s all about the survival of the
fittest
number one Clementine I got it
Clementine is at the heart of what makes
Telltale Games The Walking Dead so
special watching Clementine grow up and
develop as a character is an incredibly
rewarding experience who’s bad people
dead unlike so many other kid characters
Clementine is cool funny and a joy a
subtle makes of individuality and
childlike innocence no just like last
time just how crista showed me but more
than that Clementine has become the face
of a new classic series and a character
that’ll be cherished for years to come
fine you’re gonna be fine for everything
jeah Cena does she’s still our
Clementine I’m thinking about moving on
do you agree with our list now I don’t
know who’s crazier which characters or
kind of character are you most
