number 10 being human
every human spends a night or two on the
dark side and regrets it but what if you
only exist on the dark side a remake of
the British show of the same name this
version moves the setting to Boston and
features three roommates eden josh and
sally who just happened to be a vampire
a werewolf and a ghost respectively
you’re a ghost and while it could have
turned into a tired retread of the same
old themes being human is actually a
refreshing take on the supernatural
genre with vampires living in fear of
infected blood warring werewolves and a
ghost who gets turned into a zombie by a
witch did you get all that so your only
choice is to end her right this riveting
supernatural drama ran for four seasons
on Syfy finally ending its run in 2014
who knows what happened to them it could
all be over by the time I say veneficus
well you’re not gonna kill the witch
with that crummy attitude are you hmm

just what the doctor ordered showed for
the last time nobody’s going to
recognize us in these outfits spoofing
Star Trek Star Wars and everything in
between it was a hit with the college

the hyperdrive the very successful
spin-off of the long-running Stargate
sg-1 this Canadian American sci-fi
channel adventure was less of a hit than
its parent series but it was a smash
with fans nonetheless airing for five
seasons

Lieutenant Colonel John Sheppard and his
crew as they investigated faraway
planets thanks to the famous portal
known as the Stargate where are you
the Stargate and more specifically
focused their attentions on the lost
city of Atlantis a spin-off popular
enough to spawn its own spin-off in
Stargate Universe Atlantis is an
award-winning addition to the sci-fi
catalog so I get command this is

sci-fi channel remake brave you’ve seen
one old Battlestar you see no ma
this version of the 70s classic started
with a successful miniseries in 2003
before becoming a full series the next
year though some fans of the original
were initially skeptical of the modern
twist they quickly warmed up to it any
chance of hitting the Cylons where it
hurts
my pleasure as each riveting new episode
trailed the crew of the Galactica as
they fled the killing machines known as
the Cylons famous for its far-reaching
themes that spanned politics religion
psychology adventure and more this
successful remake also spawned its own
prequel series Caprica
