CT scan I’m final right
okay but take it easy could happen again
you may end up staying for a series
gripping story or relatable characters
but the first thing anyone will notice
about anime is the animation at first
anime style animation might come off as
cheap or simple but it’s evolved into a
way to tell a story and express emotion
in a way that traditional cinematography
doesn’t consider camera whether its
grand vistas and surreal locations two
action sequences so intense they speak
for themselves anime is fun and
beautiful without a budget on
imagination
even settings like a simple high school
can be beautifully rendered and brought
to life in a way that live-action
storytelling just can’t
number nine many types of heroes straw
head captain I sincerely apologize for
abusing your hospitality this is where
we part ways
the humble farm boy from a countryside
and the vile Emperor who slaughtered
thousands what do they all have in
common well an anime that could both end
up with the same job saving the world
an anime heroes can come from anywhere
and have any kind of motivation you’ll
also find a lot of hero variety here as
champions of Justice can be anyone from
an honorable warrior to a devilishly
sadistic vampire also as animated
characters don’t have to age voice
actors can inhabit a role longer than
they can in traditional live-action
series and thus characters can evolve
grow and be with us for generations
without feeling like they’ve been milked
for all their work number eight mature
stories call me at the MOOC on Yoda
Scudder study Grenada dude a specialist
life is full of harsh realities anime
never pulled any punches when it comes
to mature storytelling and complex and
mature themes can be found in every
genre whether it’s a high school romance
that takes a dark twist or a high-octane
mecha series that makes you question
life as we know it dark shadows of glum

Susan I wanted to be something they
should anime isn’t afraid of taboo and
while it might look like it caters to a
younger audience it never hesitates to
put children into hellish psychological
situations
series like elf and lead and films like

series getting kind of an anime feel
well you’re not imagining things several
animated television series are taking
cues and inspiration from anime The
Boondocks creator Aaron McGruder has
often cited samurai champloo as one of
the key inspirations for bringing his
popular comic strip to television to be
impossible he’s turning aside to life
this trend continues to grow stronger
with character designs over exaggerated
reactions and clear ties to Asian
culture being seen in other series like
Teen Titans and Avatar The Last
Airbender keep in mind these are dual
swords two halves of a single weapon
don’t think of them as separate because
they’re not they’re just two different
parts of the same whole it’s not just
the visual styles either as Western
animation becomes less of a medium for
younger audiences and more of a means to
tell the kind of stories that live
actions simply can hold the phone stop
pop presses she’s still the game folks
and she’s moving like an entirely
different player all the sudden the
platypus-bear strikes are only striking

many of whom can and have carry their
own amazing series so if you don’t why
am I asking why do you keep checking
