of protecting for example Maxwell Lord
in the beginning he was a huge influence
in developing the Justice League
International however it turns out he
wants to destroy metahumans even though
he is one himself mr. lord your ultimen
have taken the country by storm these
past six months why do you think that is
simple Mike they’re heroes people can
trust relate to depend on Blue Beetle
finds out about Lord secret so Lord
shoots him in the head and kills him
then he takes control of Superman’s mind
to make him attack his friends and loved
ones Wow when super heroes have a
midlife crisis things really got at hand
how could you do this to us me this is

number nine the death of Supergirl I’m
too late
crisis on Infinite Earths brought about
the tragic deaths of many DC characters
and this one was definitely no exception
the original Supergirl was Superman’s
cousin
I don’t believe it though a bit brash
and defiant she was very popular in the
DC Universe becoming best friends with
fellow heroine Batgirl

his only add to the tragedy when she
sacrifices herself to save her cousin
from the anti-monitor a memorial is held
in her honor
where Batgirl says how she will not be
forgotten however when the universe gets
rebooted Supergirl is erased from
existence and she is indeed forgotten
with the positive influence she had on
her friends lives being completely

battle it out in the end Superboy
sacrifices his life to try and stop
superboy-prime while prime lives to win
another day becoming a much darker and
disturbed version of the character

you the league will I mean number seven
Superman renounces his US citizenship
you’re not going to tell me you killed
him for your country are you some of us
still believe in putting our country
first for decades Superman fought for
truth justice and the American Way
the last part changed however when
Superman flew to Iran to defend a
peaceful protest the people of Iran
resent Superman’s presence however as
they see him as an American possession I
shared that skepticism until some of our
top scientists reminded me that
Superman’s vulnerability to kryptonite
can have a psychological component tired
of his action seen as instruments of
America’s policy Superman decided to
renounce his American citizenship so he
can be seen as a man of the world rather

determined to make Barry Allen’s life
miserable and kills his first wife Iris
west when flash finds love again reverse
flash threatens to kill this one too but
flash wouldn’t let history repeat itself
and starts a worldwide chase against the
reverse colored psychopath linking your
name forever to this city’s darkest
our then my life is a small price to pay
in the midst of the chased flash
accidentally breaks reverse flashes neck
inadvertently Gillingham flash may have
saved his fiancee but his doppelganger
got the last laugh by driving him to
kill I love what you’ve done with the
place this is all your fault
number five Hal Jordan goes crazy
Hal Jordan has always been the poster
boy for the Green Lantern Corps but all
of that changes when his home town is
destroyed the grief-stricken pilot tries
to use his rings power to recreate Coast
City but the other Guardians stop him
angered at the Guardians Hal finally
snapped and wise to war Noah along the
way he attacks dozens of other Green
Lantern’s and steals their rings he then
flies straight into OA central power
battery and absorbs its power he emerges
with a new costume and a new name
parallax number four that girl is
paralyzed by the Joker
past tense Joker’s done some pretty bad
things in the past but this is probably
the most vicious Barbara Gordon was once
a fellow Caped Crusader of Gotham
defending the citizens from evil under
the name of Batgirl I’m gonna need
backup you’ve already got it
however upon learning her identity Joker
comes to her home and shoots her
crippling her spine he’d and undresses
her and starts taking pictures of her
broken form to show them to her father
Commissioner Gordon Batgirl may be done
but Barbara isn’t ready to turn in her
hero license just yet she now helps
Batman as his eyes and ears going by the
name Oracle maybe you didn’t get the
memo Oracle but I’ve been gone by
Nightwing for Oh about a decade or so oh
yeah I don’t know why I can’t remember
that number three Dick Grayson becomes
Nightwing who’s that other one the
Pretty Boy lilia Todd that’s Nightwing
he was the Beck’s first sidekick the
first Robin Dick Grayson was Batman’s
first sidekick and the original Robin
the Boy Wonder
but as time went on dick wanted his
independence and to step outside of the
Dark Knight’s shadow priceless in the
future but for the present you’ll keep
your filthy hands off it the Teen Titans
he finally gets his wish when he and a
few other disgruntled sidekicks band
together to form the Teen Titans
when Deathstroke kidnaps his teammates
Grayson decides it’s time to step up his
game and Don’s an all-new costume and a
new identity
Nightwing I wouldn’t be offended by a
few suggestions he has the same weak
points as a human being god I like sting
a bit number two doomsday and Superman
kill each other
you’d think with his only weakness being
a green glowing crystal from outer space
nothing could kill Superman right well
apparently not when the monstrous
doomsday goes on a rampage Superman
flies off to slay the Kryptonian hating
Beast
surprisingly the two are evenly matched
and Domesday gives soups up beating like
no other
unfortunately the grudge match is in
vain as both warriors overpower each
other and die in one perfectly timed
final blow of course neither party stays
dead but the event shocked comic-book
readers everywhere and for better or for
worse showed that no hero is immortal
before we unveil our number one turning
point here a few honorable mentions
number one Joker kills Robin what hurts
more a would be taking the number one
spot is a major death in the bat family
Jason Todd was the second Robin brought
in after he tried to steal the tires
from the Batmobile classic but fans
hated Jason because of his rebellious
end many felt forced attitude so the
writers decided that there was only one
way to solve this to have the Joker
torture and beat him to death
a little louder Lambchop I think you may
have a collapsed lung
that always impedes the Oratory death
was only the beginning however and jason
was brought back to life as one of the
DC universes most brutal anti-heroes the
Red Hood just be happy I only killed one
of them they’re all assassins do you
