so modeling agent have specs here in
Montreal during Fashion Week you’re
always a sponsor we see consistently
throughout all of the fashion weeks and
you’re on the runway for once with me
right now generally we see you off to
the side lines so what do you forecast
in fashion with models I’m seeing a
trend of models looking a lot more
healthier of course in fashion and of
course with your industry respects
modeling agency what I’m seeing is a lot
more health I think what we’ve had in
the last few months is a really good
dialogue in the fashion industry which
has prompted us to maybe question a lot
of our own practices and I’m seeing a
trend somebody remarked on it this week
that girls were not as skinny during
Fashion Week event to all absolutely and
I think that’s really important i think
we you know we are part of we create the
image we are sending out a message and I
think beauty and health should be part
of what the criterias are about nature
it’s part of our responsibilities what
do you look for for up incoming models
well you know what I look for a great
bone structure that’s always a given
good height of course I know a lot of
agents say this and a lot of people
don’t get it but we do look for
personality we look for someone who’s
got that spark the sassy one the sassy
walk but energy I have to for me when I
work with my team we have to actually
really really like the girl or like the
guy we have to feel that when we send
them to the clients they’re going to be
able to sell themselves and I always say
when a model walks into my company I
want to make sure that my own eyes
sparkle and that’s what I look for well
we’ve got miss MJ here obviously
forecasting success confidence which is
very key at specs models thank you so
