danga is dance inspired by yoga hi I’m
Veronica watchmojo.com and today we’re
looking at a workout that combines power
flow and grace to work your strength
endurance and flexibility so what
exactly is danga danga is a combination
of dance and yoga this one I would say
targets the physical energetic oh and
creative aspect and exploiting also the
polarities which are inside of us
sexuality spirituality mental instinct
those aspect of ourselves they are
feeding the improvisation because the
Vans aspect as improvisation in it and
so it’s like a safe little laboratory to
explore those complementary polarities
so you mentioned the physical creative
aspect what are you gonna do emotionally
for yourself it works on your inhibition
everybody goes to their own rhythm
emotionally but of course the invitation
in the improvisation can lead to some
theoretical aspect what can people
expect on their first class loving inked
or hating it really because you know we
have our superhero which looks at us
often and say you look so silly doing
that it’s terrible so sometimes it’s
like we’re jumping in the water in the
water is too cold and little by little
it gets warmer and we come back in the
back yoga’s slow paced where’s dances
quicker pace so what can people expect
from this class the pace of this class
change all the time and it’s what I
hoped because I’ve noticed that I felt
so well in a yoga class it changed my
life and I felt good in that rhythm but
I observed that for myself as a training
I like to feel not so bothered in life
when it changed you know I have two kids
and it tried to do that in your living
room you know life is like that in a
banga class we play with rhythm like
crazy and we
to accept to be a bit bothered it’s kind
of trying to learn to flow in between
all those different rhythm in a balanced
way thank you very much thank you so
much
