recollections from his over 50 years in
the music industry
i’m in my first time going to Paris I
was just really ridiculous with the what
do they have some sodas and uh uh I
needed to find a restroom and you know
I’ve kind of crazy with that and I
remember my teaching we finally got to a
hotel I guess he’d never seen a bad day
before so you know he showed me the
wrong place I remember once when do
these performances they were saying hey
this is a whatever dis chalky from from
w-whatever the radio station was and
she’s really fine and she’s got this
beautiful red dress on so when you go
over to just say hi this is TV and I
love this red dress you got on yeah so I
goes it hi mrs. D me a lovely little red
miss you look as well how does he know I
got a red dress up I whispering here
it’s a gimmick and we would travel you
know my car sometimes in the south and I
was like maybe you know for ten years
ago so you know they would have the
signs on you know colors whites and all
that kind of stuff and we were traveling
and it was like about a five-hour drive
to the next city and again I’d had a
soda and another silver and so you know
I had to use the restroom along the way
wiggling in the back along in this is
why you get women in the back yes Louise
bathroom so so um 10 who was um white
and cleanses Blackwood went to this gas
station I have to use the restroom but
there was no restroom for the colors ago
and so Ted got other cars his phaser a
bathroom around news is yes read on
their grid learn a rare and so clans
distracted the attendant with a whole
gas thing and then Ted walked me into
the you know where the bathroom was and
so I guess the guy looked in the car and
saw that I wasn’t in there he was what
the hell’s he doing out there oh you
know he says he’s using the bathroom is
well you know we can’t have blocks in
here and it was just funny to us you
know he’s laugh because at the end of
the day I they did what I had to do he
was trying to do only had to do we took
off we were gone I drove away it was
done that is an example of how the world
has grown and how people understand from
hearing at the absurdities of those
things that happened back then
