heart pendant will go to I heart mom
which is a campaign that helped raise
awareness about heart disease especially
in women I’ve been with them since I got
back from the games it was really a part
of the healing process for me and I’m
glad that I can do something to help it
and and to fund it through I was working
with one of the birds designer and I
just explaining my ideas and how I
wanted the heart to look and I think she
really did a good job translating my
twirls that I do in the eyes my jealous
minds giving movements into a beautiful
piece of jewelry now we see the swirls
inspired by your skating are there any
other signature touches on this piece
when this fender is very special and
dividers my signature too and we’re
actually selling a silver version this
one has diamonds on it it’s been
custom-made for me but we’re selling a
silver version with my signature of the
back now apparently you were very
involved with the designing process what
was it like for you I was acted
surprised at first let me do that I’m
really bad at drawing but I wanted to be
a bit organic so if you can see that the
left sides a little bit bigger than the
ride and it’s very special very artistic
too it’s a new project for me I mean
I’ve been skating all of my life and I’m
really glad I was a part of the whole
process I started for his drawings and
change our mind a couple of times and
now I’m part of the marketing plan so if
it’s fun for me also to see another side
of skating and to be able to do new
things now you’re one of times most
influential people ahead of people like
Oprah Winfrey what does this mean for
you that was after the Olympic Games so
I it was just funny to to see it and to
see my name ahead of some big names I
don’t think about that too much it was a
great um I felt honoured about it but I
mean it’s not yeah I don’t have it was
surprising now you found some symptoms
written on a piece of paper in your
mom’s purse do you think that promoting
awareness of heart disease will help
avoid future def if women would be
better educated but no better about
heart disease and my mom could still be
life today and I think indication is
number one and also taking care of
yourself having a healthy lifestyle
healthy life habits is really important
from a young age and that’s what I heart
mom promotes and I hope that this heart
can represent that are there any final
