sort of took that and mixed it with mode
7 graphics and made what i think is
really one of those incredible hidden
gems this game is called axel a now acts
elaine was released on the Super
Nintendo Entertainment System and
graphically and gameplay wise without a
doubt was one of Ghana me strongest
entries into gaming up until that time
so here’s an example of Acts Leia play
like what you need to remember is that
this game is really really old actually
was released uh I believe in about
nineteen ninety two
and really was one of the first shooters
to really grace the system now kana me
up into this point had been known for
creating the gradius series of games
which are incredible gains but as you
can see here with Axl a on a 16-bit
system so many effects were seeing here
actually pretty impressive you’ll notice
that as I’m flying forward things like
the clouds rolling over there are sort
of bending as they fold over the horizon
now we’ve never seen anything like this
and gaming up to that point and aside
from having really fancy sort of visual
candy this game actually plays
incredibly and had a good difficulty
curve it wasn’t you know frustratingly
difficult
