Interview With UFC Fighter Jonathan Goulet

I the school in mckenzie for
watchmojo.com and today we’re here at
tristar when the top places the train
mixed martial arts in North America it’s
home to such top fighters as George rush
named cara de corazon today we’ll be
interviewing one the top rising stars
Jonathan the road warrior gula first off
congratulations on your big win at the
montreal won the largest UFC events ever
how’s it feel to win in front of your
home crowd like that that was amazing
you know I my own Tom child always give
me some energy to survive you know like
a survivor during the first round it’s
all about the crowd and family know they
all cheering for me and
give me power it’s that you get into
mixed martial arts like what’s the whole
story behind everybody’s got kind of
were young when you got started into it
did you get beat up or something you
want to run into it like what happened I
was working in a bar as a monster and
you know I got beat by four guys you
know during the war I never practice any
martial arts before that moment and we
were able to see some mismatch are on TV
we saw you know
in the description resident loser and a
certain guy is wearing a t-shirt with
Brazilian Jujitsu vtiger so you know ask
them where they found this and you know
I start to train with him over them and
that’s it you know I I was not first
time
it was in two thousand so when you’re
doing your training within like is a
typical week for you I’m training twice
a day and since days a week I’m doing
wrestling jujitsu
boy at Iowa w/e i have a great coach and
you know ask and tons of timing or in
functioning and inspiring in bothell
works and everything on the reverse of
that how do you spend your downtime like
what do you like to do it you like they
don’t just go chill out you go to a bar
you just hang out you know I’m not the
kind of guy who is going to it or bars
and you know chilling with people as I
have a good friend and my little
daughter so I spending time with them
you’re pretty big guy and you fight at
170 which is the welterweight division
if I walk around it I don’t know right
now no I took care about you know my
weight but I’m the world camp 196 so you
know that’s that’s really hard to a
follow a diet and I can’t right now I
can’t accept a fight you know you know
shortness is fine I mean because I have
too much weight to lose so what was it
feel like a knockout somebody like for
those who don’t know i mean you know
what’s the feeling it goes through your
mind if you feel sorry for him
afterwards or is it like Joel a shin or
and we you know we are proud of herself
that’s a really good feeling to feel I’m
going to be able to knock somebody out
with my hands my feet and may need so as
long as it’s not me it’s all good man
okay I’m gonna keep my hands up during
the interview if it’s a no I’m not that
I’m not a you know a bad guy not every
day so you know what as soon as I i
cyan’t or you know in the in the ring
orange octagon
I’m a guy yeah they’re just gonna flip
the switch and yeah yeah watch out for
those cakes you’re handsome star way
