to get we were really just kind of
friends they’ve kind of had similar
music taste and I feel like me and Kip
the singer we were friends for a while
and then I didn’t even we were just kind
of sit in his apartment or in my
apartment and like listen to music or
like go see shows and I didn’t even know
that he liked wrote songs and all of a
sudden he liked left me a mice please
come this is how long ago this was the
only a myspace comment that was like hey
do you want to join my pants and I
thought as a joke but I heard the song
they were actually really good so that
was really happened
how would you describe the bad sound
it’s just sort of noisy pop music you
know it’s I think it kind of Rights that
line between being about feelings and
being emotional and kind of wearing a
heart in your sleeve but you know also
like having muscle behind that and kind
of being a bracer that time it’s kind of
like having that dynamic
sometimes the word pop sort of has a
stigma towards that do you feel like you
know you’re not worried about labeling
your music cuz that we do try to play
like immediate catchy songs we kind of
like just like hit you when you hear
them maybe one day when we write really
meandering like you look like like four
jazz standards or something well we
can’t call it pop anymore but I feel
like it is kind of aim you know it’s
kind of also the sort of music that we
all sort of bond on it can all fall
under that category
you guys use social media ladder you
know are you trying to interact with
your friends or market your music I’d
like actually Kip was was really anti
Twitter like a long time and like now
he’s like so into it he’s like
constantly on it I guess for me
personally it’s like it’s really cool to
see I get so many facebook ads from like
pull over the world and it’s so cool
like it really is like we really have to
go to Indonesia because like I just
literally half of my Facebook friends
are from Indonesia okay um I didn’t know
I like it fizzles are just like so nice
to see like after you play a festival or
something like this it’s like people are
right here on facebook wall like I was a
great show and lady just makes me feel
really good so I don’t know that’s
