hey welcome to watchmojo.com i’m your
host dave and today we’re at nesties
chill on the hill and we’re going to be
talking to Olympic snowboarder Justin
lamoreaux
you no stranger to the Olympics so do
you have a special Olympic moment or a
favorite Olympic moment just walking
into the opening ceremonies so far as
amazing still almost four years later I
got the chills of like watching all of
us walking in and unbelievable and I
can’t wait to do it at home in Vancouver
and see what the reception’s gonna be
like cuz I think it’s gonna be off the
hook I guess you’ve been described as
having a pretty unique style how would
you describe your style and what do you
think makes it different from everybody
else yeah I read switch a lot and just
think outside of the box and like look
for things that guys aren’t doing or
haven’t done kind of stupid stuff that
sometimes my kick me in the ass would
you say you plan out your runs or it’s
really on the fly it’s pretty much on
the fly my coach told me one time he
actually gets worried if I know what I’m
doing the day before a contest I’ll drop
in and do a run and come back up top and
everyone’s like what was that where did
that come from oh my god I just changed
my mind dropping in do you listen to
music before a run is there any like
pre-run rituals you have that really
gets you hyped up I’ve actually like
impasse been trying to avoid rituals and
stuff because just in case you can’t do
it but this year i got into listening to
a lot of bad religion for my runs it
gets super amped and listen to some good
old punk tunes
do you feel like it’s a job are there
some days where it’s more of a job where
it’s work what are some of the fun parts
what are some of the fun parts we’re
still voting in June where do you see
yourself in five years no idea that I
guess I’m not gonna ask where do you see
yourself in ten years surfing surfing
and so order
