Travis today was a brand for those who
want to leave an impression hi I’m
Carolina with watchmojo.com today we’re
speaking to the man behind the fashion
that’s gonna get you noticed so what
does the travis taddeo brand represent
basically it’s street where it’s like
Upper Street way where would I wear one
of your outfits to the grocery store no
way did we choose text me Suze where I
wear one of these night life for sure
like if you’re gonna go out like friday
saturday night for sure but i also like
to think that you know you can wear some
of these pieces but you can tell them
down like you know at the office or
something like that you know with like
other blades are over with jeans
underneath or something like that like
it’s a layering piece these clothes are
very original do you think that most
people will feel comfortable wearing
something like that the traps today oh
boy or girl well that’s for sure i mean
i’d like to try and give people a little
bit of push so like take them inside
their comfort zone and then just kind of
give them a little push out there like a
backless push backless push or like a
open side push or even just like a short
push what does the inspiration behind
all these all designs what this
collection was inspired by the sort of
Greek and Roman ideals it was really all
about like body armor and stuff like
that and sort of an incorrigible feeling
in the world so just sort of having
protection from the world and stuff how
do your clothes seek individualism well
they are original right so I mean I
Chinese like original cuts that will
allow an individual to feel like through
their own in it it’s not like 5,000 of
the same shirt does it suit one body
type better than another I have a lot of
different designs right so some some of
the designs are really flexible like one
with the open side you would assume that
that would only look at maybe on someone
who is tall and thin but I have girls
that are like much shorter and have a
lot of body and they look fabulous in it
just because of the way that it’s cut
you know what I mean it’s hugging in all
the right places in the fabric just
drapes perfectly tell us how you became
known as a designer how did this all
happen basically just like a lot of hard
work like I’m gonna start it off just
doing my thing and just kept pushing
forward like I working a little rock
shop and
doing cuttin so and just applying to my
friends and going to the right parties
and just really pushing it I’ve had a
lot of help and support from the people
around me so it’s helped where people
very hesitant with your bold styles some
people are you know i mean it’s it’s not
the entirety of the collection i mean
there’s a lot of simple wearable things
in there as well but um the image that
we like to protect so okay
