cities I’m Julian I play bass in the new
cities and I’m Nick can I’d like since
in inner cities so your music is a sort
of mishmash how would you describe your
sound sort of a blend of electro pop pop
punk all that stuff together mainly like
the idea was to keep it like dancing and
electro but I keep the rocks I’d like
really present as well
so you guys just came in with your new
CD on May fifth and you worked with Greg
nori and I read that he really pushed
you to always make it to the next level
is this chair what’s cool about Greg is
he’s really down to earth person we get
along with him really well and he’s not
gonna go in write songs for you he’s
just gonna push them to the next level I
think he’s more of a visionary like he
hears what the songs like and he pushes
you to do with yourself
in your music the synthesized are really
stands out is this your key to making
really good music totally we wanted to
add an element that would be a little
different from from what’s going on
these days and obviously the the
electronic side is predominant these
days it kind of happened that way also
because when we started there wasn’t
that many bands that were like using a
lot of synthesized synthesizers and then
and were to send players as well so it
allows us to do a lot of stuff
I also read that it’s your way to get
the girls is that true I don’t know I
mean for sure we like to throw a big
party where we play and to make
everybody dance so I guess girls may
like it I don’t know you tell me
you guys played live shows described as
a kind of dance rock that boots your ass
into gear is this how you guys would
really describe it yeah that was a
couple the Egyptian yeah the band yeah
cuz it’s like I think it describes it
well especially the live show cuz it’s
like really energetic and that’s always
been our priority like before like we
had this album with Greg nori working on
it the main thing was a live BAM that
was our biggest threat the main goal was
to kind of make this CD a good
representation of what the live show is
