it’s the easiest not to do but it’s not
the most attractive not but here we go
the larger part goes over the small part
and at this point we do a whole rotation
over the tie the fat part goes
underneath the chin and we simply pull
this part through the loop that we have
created and there we have our four and
hand
as you can see it’s a thin or not but
it’s effective
