the ability to see clearly at night can
save countless lives hi I’m Rebecca
Brayton and welcome to watchmojo.com and
today we’ll be showing you how to change
your bread out headlight the process of
changing your headlight bulbs may vary
depending on your car’s make and model
for example on some older cars the light
bulb in the headlamp are the same piece
and must both be replaced when they burn
out fortunately most new cars are
equipped with only a halogen bulb to
replace to make sure your car requires a
halogen bulb open the hood and look
behind the headlight you should see a
small plastic knob on the back of the
head lamp unscrew this small black knob
and pull it out to remove the piece you
may have to push and turn it the bulb
should come out with it remove the old
bulb on your new bulb avoid touching the
glass with your fingers because their
natural oil will ruin it and cause it to
burn out put the new halogen bulb into
its black knob screw this entire piece
light bulb and all back into the
headlamp make sure to test your work by
turning on the lights
