situation I mean this situation is gonna
be indescribable you can’t even describe
the situation that you’re about to get
into the situation my lovely friend
Savannah here has generously offered his
body start with the base do what Silva
has done number one is just do a base of
spray 10 next step is crunches you know
not everybody was blessed with fabulous
abs like Savannah so it means getting
down on the ground and doing a few sets
for those who only have like one two
cans you know pretty like short of a
six-pack this is what you got to start
with before we go on to like the make up
part so now that the crunches are done
definition has been made now we’re going
to do some color correction the best way
to show off these fabulous abs is by
removing anything that we can seal it
especially it’s a layer of duvet so it’s
like shave it wax it do what you got to
do usually there’s a little bit of
redness that’s left afterwards shaving
bumps we’re going to color correct that
with a little bit of bronzer foundation
once you’ve done the spot treating dip
one more time back into the bronzer and
just even it out okay so the next step
is going into the contour so this brush
is called a squirrel contour I’m going
into espresso it’s a very dark brown I’m
doing more of a stipple movement I’m not
trying to create a full line next is
gonna be about like a locating the ABS
so they you know give a little tension
always from the center so you always
want to have the darker part underneath
the abbé as much as possible the next
part to actually accentuate that you
know can body line you know Ken doll has
that kind of like waist that literally
tucks in we’re going to take the same
colors and we’re just going to follow
the indented area and bring it on down
to the Sun don’t shine we’re going to go
back and take the lightest shade to like
highlights the tops of the ABS so it
really like it’s pronounced I’m going in
between I’m not touching any of the dark
areas the first application will make it
look as natural as possible is going to
be blending in with fingertips we’re
just going to want to highlight a little
bit on the pecs as well you know so you
can just look like all pumped really
concentrate on the inner corner guys
skin tone tends to be a lot darker than
women’s so I highly recommended
something that actually has more of like
an orange or red undertone to it not too
yellow their skin is much different from
a woman skin especially on the body so
now that we’ve like created like the
highlights and the shadows to the ABS
the pecs the little Ken line we’re just
going to balance everything out in the
face as well so going back to sand dune
as our bronzer generally it gets a
little bit lighter in the face so we’re
just gonna do an all-over color you want
to have that day glow you know orange
kind of let going on just to really
replicate the appearance of the
situation one thing that I’m going to do
though is I’m going to go back to the
latest shade and we’re going to apply
that to the lid on the inner corners
it’s gonna really make a contrast to
make his actual face look even more tan
now just to give that a little Geno
touch we’re just gonna take a bit more
color on the brows make them look big
and bushy just remember when you’re
finished with the color take a little
mascara one or spoolie brush brush it
through last but not least we’re gonna
do a little bit of product in the hair
we’re gonna go with the Aveda mens pure
formants pommade taking a small amount
and really warm up the products
beforehand
this one is really the firm hold you
don’t looking for something that’s like
light and whiskey you really want
something that’s going to like quit the
wall if you’re going to be the situation
don’t use anything with like too much
flowery stuff in it you know really you
want to smell like a guy you’re done the
gym we’ve done the tan next up is going
to be dressing the laundry part but
before that I have a little secret
weapon to really make everything pop out
and make them look like an awesome
bodybuilder cooking spray all right
you want to get up you want to do this
in front of a mirror you want to go into
a bathroom you want to stay away from
fine fabrics before doing this and
nothing flammable all right so we’ve
