How To Choose a BBQ Grill

summertime brings parties celebrations
and of course barbecues hi Ann
Veronica’s watchmojo.com and today we’re
shopping for that perfect grill so with
so many options out there how does one
begin to find that perfect barbecue you
want to look at how many people you
usually be serving you want to look at
what price range is good for you you
want to look at what features you may
want or not want another thing to look
at nowadays is with the trend in terms
of taking your kitchen outdoors a lot of
people are buying fancy or nicer
barbecues with stainless steel and so on
so are you trying to create an outdoor
dining environment or you just want
something that’ll cook a nice steak what
options are available
charcoal propane natural gas are the
three most common choices that you can
go for and why would someone choose one
over the other what are the advantages
of each one propane and natural gas are
essentially the same ones with a propane
tank the other is plugged into a gas
line those are very quick to heat up
very easy to use very easy to clean and
they do a good job the charcoal it’s
less expensive and the quality of the
food it can be argued but there’s a
large opinion out there that the quality
of steak you’ll get out of a charcoal
barbecue is better but is going to take
a lot more time and what can you add to
your basic barbecue you have side
burners now which are pretty common on
all mid-range barbecues to cook your
side dishes and so on or to keep stuff
warm some barbecues will come with a
thermometer that will let you know
instantly the temperature within the
meat so you can make sure you get your
steak perfectly medium rare or medium
and so on
there’s features that will tell you how
full or empty your propane tank is
there’s convenience tray that catches
the grease that will just slide out so
it makes it very easy and every now and
then to pull that out just hose it down
and clean it there’s also things like
having the doors in the front to have
some shelves to put extra stuff and have
easy access to your propane tank you can
get it with a sliding shelf so that you
don’t have to awkwardly reach in to to
place the propane tank you slide it on a
shelf and take it off another common one
would be the rotisserie kit and what do
people need to consider when it comes to
the grates on the barbecue the two best
that you want to choose between would be
Ursuline coated cast iron or stainless
steel
if it’s done in a metal that’s obviously
gonna rust it’s often thin and flimsy
and it doesn’t retain the heat thank you
very much my pleasure happy grilling
