cupcakes about this recent trend in
desserts so what made you gravitate
towards making cupcakes I really find
that cupcakes or something that brings
joy to people it just fine you walk into
a room with a plate of cupcakes and
everyone starts crowding around you and
wants one and it just makes everyone
happy so tell us about clever cupcakes
your company’s got three different
categories of cupcakes so tell us a bit
about each other I started clever
cupcakes about a year ago company was
started with our wholesome cupcakes
which are cupcakes that are made with a
Gavin nectar instead of sugar and are
made with whole wheat flour we then
branched out and started making classic
cupcakes because there were some people
who just wanted that sugar fix that
evolved into also making our creative
cupcakes which are cupcakes that can be
specially designed for any event what
makes you think that the healthy
alternative the wholesome cupcakes were
a niche in the market that needed to be
filled well it really started with
something that i found that was missing
in the market i had cut sugar and white
flour out of my diet and i found that
you know when you go to parties there
was never anything for you to eat and
then i realized you know even though it
was a choice on my part there were
people who had no choice for example
diabetics or people that had other type
of dietary restrictions and also for
children I mean we’re talking about the
obesity epidemic you know can’t deprive
people of sweets completely but you can
make them at least more healthy
