show you how to make camp jewelry so
hemp is basically this stuff it’s made
out of the stocks of cannabis industrial
hemp plan and it’s the oldest industrial
fiber and also the strongest and most
resilient soft fiber on earth it can be

most basic form of hemp jewellery it’s
just a simple square knot bracelet with
wooden beads so I start by showing you
how to make that if you want to buy your
own hemp and beads you can get those at
a lot of natural food shops kept
cannabis shops or even a basic craft job
to make a bracelet you usually need an
arm and a half lengths so you start
measuring from the top tip of your
finger you go up to your inner elbow
about two lengths and a half it should
be enough you get two pieces of equal
length and
fold them in half an entire loop in the
top at the top this will be what you use
for your lock as well as a good way to
attach the bracelet to the table when
you’re first starting out okay so once
you’ve got the nod if you’re first
starting out you can fit into the table
otherwise it’s fun to just do it
freehand but be careful not to flip it
over so you’ve got more pieces of equal
length but the only two that you’re
working with is the two outside you grab
the first piece on your left and loop it
over the first to the next add sidepiece
goes over the first under the next one
it’s through so you end up with a chick
