Guest Favors for a Wedding

hi I’m Samantha star and this is
watchmojo.com in this segment I’m going
to show you how to make a guest favor
for your wedding what you’ll need for
today’s segment is the following two
colors of cardstock a paper trimmer
double-sided tape hole punch some clear
cellophane a little container and a foam
paintbrush some ribbon a martini glass
scissors paper towel glitter a white
liquid glue like modge podge floating
candles or any decorative candle and
some cranberries so the first step of
this project is to take our cranberries
and to put them out on a piece of paper
towel just to dry them off in case
there’s any excess liquid on them and
then we’re going to put them in our
little plastic container like so and
you’re going to pour in some of the
white glue and you’re going to add
glitter and you’re just going to shake
it up and if you have promised doing
that you can come in with your phone
paintbrush the glue will dry clear so
you can ignore anywhere where it looks
white and just add glitter to it and
then you’re going to put those aside and
let them dry you’re going to need about
a dozen or so cranberries per guest
favor that you make so don’t worry if
you put in too much glue or if your
cranberries we’re still watery just go
ahead and throw in some more cranberries
to the mix and then just keep stirring
it up and make sure that everything gets
coated with thin layer of glue and the
glitter the next step will be to wrap
your candles in the cellophane and tie
it off with your ribbons so it’s
depending how many you want to put her
glass you would place your candles in
the center of the cellophane
I it up it’s your ribbon if you don’t
like how your cellophane looks you can
go in with your scissors and cut it in
these to clean up the edges next you
want to take your martini glass along
with your dried cranberries you want to
pour them into the glass and then you’re
simply going to sit you’re finished
candle inside of there now we’re going
to make the tags to tie onto our glasses
so I have a tag here that’s about three
and a half by an inch and a quarter so
I’m going to cut a piece of burgundy
cardstock that matches our cranberries
at about three and three-quarters sly an
inch and a half and I’m going to glue a
tag onto the cranberry cardstock I’m
going to take a hole punch and I’m going
to punch a hole in the top corner and
then I’m going to take matching ribbon
to the ribbon new news on our candles
and I’m going to tie this around the
base of the glass
